Since these videos originate from Japan, they're all pixelated (according to their decency laws). This is clearly a "set-up" -- sometimes you can see the tripod-mounted cameras in the reverse shots. I've only gotten hotel massages in Japan, but given their compact real-estate, I wouldn't be surprised if this was a legit setup -- for "therapeutic" massages of course.
