Prior to the advent of Prep I used condoms for most all oral and certainly anal sex. In the last few years it seems like it is a non-starter to request condoms for oral. Prior to that I got push back maybe 50% of the time but I maintained my sexual health since the 80’s so no regrets. Now I just have one exclusive partner so not an issue. I sense my rejection rate would be much higher today if condoms were requested for oral.

I used to go there 10 or so years ago. The facility was pretty dated at that time so not sure what kind of shape it may be in now. Never had much luck with hooking up there either so have not been back. Would love to hear if those with more recent experience had better luck.

If I understand this correctly your interest rate is reduced by 3% in year 1, 2% in year 2, 1% in year three and then reverts to the regular rate in year 4. This makes sense if you don’t get pushed into buying a higher priced home that you ultimately won’t afford when the rates/payments go higher in year 4. The question to ask yourself is can i make the payments at the year 4 interest rates today. If not you are betting on your income going up by year 4 to cover the interest.

While I am not looking for a price cut I would only observe that a review of Rent Masseur and Rent Men show more ads in the Houston market than I have ever seen before. I think this is a bigger factor.

I have never asked for a discount from a regular provider. I have had the provider offer a lower rate if I would hire more often but a discount will not likely change how often I hire. So for me anyway, the provider is better off not offering the discount.
