He blocked me before I left a true rating.  Literally as I was leaving.  I’m sure he sensed that I wasn’t too happy. That’s how you keep ratings up on Rentmasseur — block the bad. 

No.  I wasted no further time with him and left immediately when he "told" me, not asked me... "told" me.

I mean if you showed up late, sure.  I get it things happen, but to cut the time down but still want the full price - he's got balls asking for that - again he  initiated it not the client as I read.

So I tried him out on Saturday.  Massage was mediocre and all he did was rub the same area over and over with his forearm.  60-min massage and he started at 10 after the hour and finished at 45 after the hour for a total of 35 mins of actual work.  Then a simple rub and tug.  I paid $220 -- $200 and $20 tip as I still tip even if the service is trash.  
Interestingly enough he blocked me on Rentmasseur following the service before I could leave a rating on there.  So here we are.

Unforgivable, unprofessional, cheap.
This happened to me recently with another guy and I was shocked and embarrassed for him. More on him soon - this was one of many red flags. 
Any serious masseur will invest in a premium account whether it be Pandora, Spotify, or other. Pandora premium is $13/mo. Insignificant investment when you’re considering making many hundreds to thousands a month depending on how much you work.
We pay much more than that for our massage ads. Like those ads, this is just a normal cost of doing business. More on ad costs in this post:
 

The use of greasy oils and creams.  The stuff you can’t scrub off no matter how hard you try.

1.- Checking his phone during the massage.
2.- Up sales during the massage. I’m ok with offering extras BUT do it during the set up stage or before the massage starts. Not during it!.
3.- Bad breath / body odor or unkept studio / bathroom.
4.- Shortening the session time. 
5.- Background music with ads.
6.- Talking non stop.

Most complaints in this thread concern unprofessional behavior, yet almost no poster is willing to hire professional masseurs.

Saw him in Vegas a while back. Nice guy, much more feminine than pics lead you to believe, light style basic uninspired massage.

Guys, NEVER trust anyone who uses so many filters to the point where they look like a cartoon! This guy is super sus. The early 2000’s hair and clothing are a dead giveaway. Also, his health status on RM says he’s negative, but his Grindr profile says otherwise. Not judging, just be weary of red flags. 

He’s been 32 since 2016… So he’s obviously 40.  
But in typical age shaver profiles he’s probably 50, which he will say is the new 40 and quite possible the future 32.
