The reason behind the quarter is because they don't staff the store as much as regular grocery stores which is also why their prices are lower. They don't have cart attendants so they want to make sure the customers bring the carts back themselves. They do pay their employees more though. The starting wage for employees here at Aldis by me just went up again to $18.50 an hour. Regular grocery stores usually start out at $15 or $16 here.

Removing a tree is kind of the easy labor part. Just cut it down and take it away. But for a stump on an older tree those roots are massive. So to get all of that removed is quite more of a challenge. I always get ads in the mail for a guy who just specializes in stump removal. The Yankees GM earlier yesterday called their season a disaster but the Angels take the cake right back. They are gonna have to start from scratch like I said and they have no farm system. They need to trade Mike Trout this offseason and start a rebuild. I have no idea what Ohtani's gonna get now in free agency. He's still a great hitter and if he gets Tommy John he can come back and DH middle of next season like Bryce Harper did at least but he might just have to stick with hitting. He's come out of so many games this year as a pitcher. Or he needs to start with not serving as the DH maybe in games that he pitches.
