Here in Buffalo the past couple days it was upper 80s and felt in the mid 90s. It wasn't too bad actually. It's just been notable since normally this level of heat is more of a July or August thing. The most brutal stretch of recent heat I remember was no more than a few years back. During the long 4th of July weekend the actual temperature was in the low 90's everyday. It was hot! Fun fact is that Buffalo has never hit 100. Our all time record high is 99. The wind coming over Lake Erie always keeps the temperature a little bit cooler until you get far enough away from the water.
