I'd give each the same amount but I might wanna give a little more than the higher rate to them. I feel if they would talk the higher rate guy could possibly look at it as you gave a tip to the lower rate guy and none to him. You might put a little note in the envelope simply saying "Thanks for an amazing time today. I felt it's fairest that you both deserve an equal donation for your time spent with me. Thanks again."

If it was me it would depend on if I was at home or travelling mainly. If I was on a trip somewhere for a few days and he ghosted me I probably wouldn't try again as I'd wanna be sure to sample someone in that area that I probably would never get a chance to again. If you're at home I'd say try again as the logic works in that regard as well that you might never get a chance to hire him again and as long as you're not missing a chance with someone else then reach out. Simply say "Just checking in as I was excited to meet last night is everything ok? I have open availability tonight or tomorrow if you are able to reschedule".

Sometime around the beginning of this year perhaps they started allowing basic members to view videos. I posted about it in another thread awhile back. You can't see the videos when not logged in, you have to be logged in.

Yeesh, a deposit is usually sent to show you're serious about meeting. You would think the fact you just spent money on him to renew his membership would be enough.

One of the main reasons I would sign up for premium was to view videos but now that videos are all available to watch for basic members I'm totally fine with not being premium. 🤣
