Like so many other male stars he came back from World War II a changed man, reflected in his choice of tough guy roles in film noir and Westerns after his discharge in 1947. This guy resembles I guy I used to drool over and used to J.O. to in my teen year fantasies. He was a senior in high school while I was in seventh/eighth grade. We rode the same school bus because he lived just a few streets away. Sigh... 🤤 (Sorry for the repost but it brought back such memories.)
