My experiences with Turo precovid we’re always very happy ones: clean reliable cars and easy pick up/drop off~ Never used it in P Springs but, LA, Phoenix, TX and the midwest

These Korean series are always a win for me~ The stories immersed in history and a deeper side of humanity~ The acting is always incomparable to so many other venues exceeding in quality and style~ Thought provoking and leaves one introspective as well as enlightened~ Hard to do when the heroes are soul stealing, cannibalistic demons thousands of years old reliving their karmic lives in the modern day~ It’s more then an action gore series… it embellishes on one’s intellect and compassion~ This is not hollow entertainment~ Only four episodes to this series but, four very full episodes~ More episodes due mid January and even more to come in February~

Brilliant story and executed with excellence~ Fine acting all around but, the production value is phenomenal as well~ Flawless editing and precise scene linkage makes this series easy to watch in parts of as a long Epic movie~ Lights, Darkness, action~! Characters balances so that they all tell their own story in a dramatic way that we care about but, also contribute to a bigger story~ You can watch this series for it’s pure entertainment value or dig for deeper lessons~ The dialog doesn’t pump you along with plot spoilers or hand holding but, the stories of people and their lives are well illustrated and entertaining to read~ executed about a season two~ These Netflix series are so far advanced beyond the mainstream movie market in terms of their palatability, content and context… The acting outstanding as well, perhaps because the talent comes from a different orchard~ They fruit is just more satisfying~ Finesse and sublimity look much prettier on film than “acting”~ Give it a whirl~ Magic and power exchange at it’s best while still lending interest to those who have romantic souls~ https://twitter.com/LBardugo/status/1233445886341996545?s=20 https://youtu.be/b1WHQTbJ7vE

This is called “Fathers Pudding”… great for holidays or whenever~ It isn’t easy to put together because it’s hard to find all the ingredients available and it requires a lot of meat… but, the result is fantastic~ Prep: large cooking sheets, assorted berries and protein powder… (set berries and protein aside for later to garnish). Now… mix all these together on the cooking sheets… 1). Horse meat: 2). chicken: 3). Pork: 4). Some Fitch: 5). lots of oil: 6). A couple tubs of Crisco… 7). Mix it all together with kisses and turn up the heat~ It’s done in about four days~ enjoy~

We had this understanding @ home as well… food left unappreciated on the plate was revisited as your next meal… if you didn’t eat it then, the meal would Return again… the longer you put it off, the more difficult the task becomes~ Food exemption for me was milk~ Even my elders knew that milk was my mortal enemy~ One time while at my grandparents cabin up-north, I refused to eat my eggs~ My grandfather told me his story about serving spoiled ham and rotten bacon during the war… children starving in Korea also entered the convo~ My suggestion was to send them my eggs~ That didn’t go well~ 😂🤣😂❤️ I thought it was clever~ Perhaps he misunderstood me and thought I said “send them my legs” because, he worked my ass off for three days running rotten granite up and down the hill by the bucket full~ Suddenly one day, eggs sounded like a delicious idea~ Nom Noms~ 😂🤣😂 My grandfather was an amazing guy really~ Glad I had some time with him~

This is a great question… the girls have put in some great replies here. So, like, firstly, (to make a long story short), I’m totally down with your awesome list here. I like the metaphor of people being like dams: some regular and some hydroelectric~ Some just holding things back and some generating energy for others by what they hold back and let flow~ Some breaking away and releasing what was held behind… Some more like beaver dams that have a remarkable purpose and house life architects~ I like your dam idea~

What have I been sticking my finger in all these years during the rainy season~?

For many years in Portland, I ran a homeless provision program and for a few years brought pre-meds in to help with the work load during the holidays and tough seasons~ It’s was provision for clothing, food, some shelter, vaccinations, pet care, hygiene products, sheets and blankets, basic foot and nail care~ Also included needle exchange program to reduce hiv/Hep C/Syphilis infections~ Not a cash paid thing… but, a “give back into the community thing”. I still do this on my own during the holidays but, since the homeless populations tend to already have provisions then, I provide pop top canned food for their pets~ It’s a good option because they can travel with it, store it without it getting rancid or moldy~ my role in the medical field has shifted and I don’t have the same connection with pre-meds any longer~ For “extra cash” I used to shovel/plow snow, paint, fix stuff, weed/water and landscrape~ (ages 9 to current)
