What I use as a rule of thumb is if any of the pictures is sexually enticing. If not, then most likely fake. It really makes no sense for a provider if none of his photos is completely NSFW.

Starting from the second review of page 2, all reviews are within one week of account creation. Page 1 is not too much better.
