  1. Greetings - I also posted on David's thread, but I am in Palm Springs from Provincetown and am excited to attend the weekend here with many of you. Peter
  2. [ Greetings David and everyone - I arrived in PS for the events this weekend and would be delighted to pre-come to your pre-party! I'll message you directly. I am excited to meet many of the members of this prestigious group. Regards Peter
  3. Though most of my clients in Provincetown are gay, most of my Hyannis clients are older, straight, married men. They clearly have had long desires to connect with a guy, but in most cases, they also no longer experinece touch with their wives either. They just want the experience of human touch and connection with another human person - with the added bonus that I am male. I think that more than anything, they most enjoy that I am there to focus my undivided attention and energy and touch on them for an entire hour. I really think, as the song goes, "that's what it's all about."
  4. I go monthly for STI testing. I take my tempterature several times per day. I have been doing some traveling, and get a covid test whenever I travel
  5. When I was really young, we had a milkman who delivered milk in glass bottles into a metal box on our front porch. That ended also in my early years, and remember walks to the dairy to buy the same milk in glass bottles. You could see and smell the cows in the barn right behind the dairy store. Today, I drink sperm. I know you were looking for that answer. I'm always happy to swallow right from the tap
  6. You sound like a kind and generous guy, but it sounds like your friend is infringing upon what you'd like to do in your own place. It is great that you posted your concern here and several people have given some good thoughts on it, such as setting a time limit for his stay and setting limits on his guests. It would be unfortunate if the situation gets so bad that you lose him as a freind over it.
  7. Does he have several guys over at the same time and staying late at night? Perhaps he also has a drug adiction in addition to sex addiction and is doing more at your place than having sex. I had an ex who lost his jobs due to calling in sick too often from his drug use and then lost his appartment. He was then doing this at places he was staying (lots of visitors for sex an drugs). After he got kicked out of where he was staying, I let him say with me only becuase he claimed to be trying to get into a recovery program. I let him stay on the condition of having NO guest or drugs in the house. But after I saw no progress and no effort on recovery programs, and having uncertainly of what he might be doing when I was not at the house, I knew he needed to move on. He was affecting my life. I also realized I was enabling him by giving him a place to live for free and food to eat. He had no incentive to figure things out for himself. In fact, are you in Boston? I know my ex just moved placed again in the last couple of weeks. Makes me wonder if we are talking about the same person. If you are (or even if you're not) and you'd like to send me a pm, I'd be happy to talk. Peter
  8. Check out gay porn guy Logan McCree some time. He inked some of his own tatoos onto himself -including his cock. He has stopped doing porn and became a firefighter, but I'm sure you can still find his pictures out there
  9. Location, location, location. Check out what other guys in your area are getting, and then also see what they are offering.
  10. Sort of related, and sort of non sequitur - Palm Springs used to be a dry town, and so all of the gay bars were just across the border in Cathedral City, so I've been long familiar with shuttling between the two towns. If you are staying in Palm Springs and have a car, then there is no big deal to a short drive into CC. But without a car, you'll pay a bit for an uber ride to get there, adding to the cost of your massage.
  11. Hawaii has some of the lowest covid rates in the country, and is quite affordable right now. There are very specific requirements for pre-arrival testing from only approved testing sites, so check their website carefully for instructions, and you can be on your way to a nice warm weather location if you're comfortable with the travel. I went out for a week in the fall and got to see a number of clients while I was there. Also, Hawaii has always had mostly open-air/outdoor dining, so they didn't have to do much to alter restaurants. Bars and clubs are of course closed, but the beach is open, and what more do you need.
  12. I love many of the traditional museums previously mentioned, plus also the Boston Museum of Science, and the Van Gough museum in Amsterdam. But I would be remiss on this site to not mention the national Leather Archives and Museum, located in Chicago. In addiotion to great erotic artwork, it holds a vast history of gay and gay leather life. There is a library where you can see old gay magazines from decades ago, containing classified ads of escorts and masseurs from the days before the internet. Perhaps you might even find some ads of guys who frequent this site! Regards Peter
  13. On the flip side of this, I once walked into a diner with my boyfriend, and saw a client seated at a table wearing his full religious colar having lunch with three other collegues, also dressed the same. I already knew what he did from googling his phone number, but he didn't know I knew. Now I would never even acknoledge a client out in publc, but he had a look of horror on his face when he saw me such that my boyfreind even noticed it. Sadly, he did not come back again.
  14. I love your list. This is great. I see that you reference Provincetown, where I live, which does have a number of these items. I also lived in San Francsico, where I also find many of these delightful places Here are the things that I think of in these categories and some of my favorite places: 1. A Sheetz. - San Francisco Bay Bridge - often lit in rainbow for pride. (I'm not sure about the gas station, but I've always had fantasy about truck stops. 2. A community center. - New York City has one that is pretty good, and last I knew had a coffee shop and bookstore in it, in addition to meeting space and events. The artwork by Keith Haring throughout the building is also historic. Chicago also has one that is pretty good too. San Francsico built one that iniitally had a coffee shop but closed. The absence of that turned the place into a bit of a ghost town with no reason to go in just to hang out unless going for a specific meeting. I would love to see more development of community centers as a place to gather other than a bar. 3. A great local theatre. - San Francisco Castro Theatre. Also the Victoria Theatre is a good back up. Somerville Theatre just outside of Boston is also another cool classic theatre. 4. A college. Agree - it is fuin to hang out at bookstores and student unions in college towns. Berkley, CA; Harvard Square/Cambridge, MA; Yale/New Haven, CT. 5. A library. Provincetown, San Francisco, Boston public libraries with great diversity and gay history 6. A big beautiful park. Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, I also remember a fun public shower in Balboa Park, San Diego. 7. A "Main Street Gay USA". Commercial St, Provincetown; Castro St, San Francisco; Christopher St, New York. 8. A fudge and hot cookie cafe/shop. - Namely, "Hot Cookie" in San Francisco; Provincetown Fudge Factory, Provincetown Portugese Bakery. 9. A fantastic Pride Month. - San Francisco Pride; Provincetown Carnival, but also the entire summer is a gay pride festival. 10. A theme park. - Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco is kind of this, but if you really want one, a road trip down the coast to Disneyland makes for a fun weekend trip.
  15. Lovely. Thank you for sharing these kind words.
  16. That being the case, you indeed might want to check out one of the neighboring towns - Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage - particularly if you want some yard space. Houses in Palm Springs tend to be closer together with less property.
  17. I don't have specifics, but I too have gone there frequently and it has crossed my mind to move there. The Cathedral City recommendation above is good as well as other nearby cities if you like being a litle more residential. You are still close to things, but needing to drive. If you're more of a city person like me, you might want to be right in Palm Springs itself. (Not that Palm Springs is a huge city). In Palm Springs proper you will also find more emphasis on maintining the Mid-Century Modern traditions. There are some neighborhoods tucked right near the heart of everything. The Warm Sands area for example is a mix of residential with many gay guest houses. Also west of Palm Canyon - near the art museum - is a little neighborhood just a few blocks from the main drag, but few people know that anything exists west of Palm Canyon. Going east from Palm Canyon toward the airport you may find a mix of lower value places and higher value places. I am not a real estate person, so you'll want to find someone who can point you in the right direction for what you desire. Hope that gives you a few thoughts though! Peter
  18. Their site explains it all. https://rent.men/about/prices/ I know that RentMasseur will let you freeze and then pick up your remaining aviailable time when you want to start again. I suspect RentMen is the same, as it is the same companuy
  19. Thanks - do you have their names and/or link to their profile? Thaks

    TIPPING

    Yes, I report income
  21. Absolulely. Just being held is highly underrated and undervalued. Please send me a message - if we are in the same area and you're interested, I'd be delighted to hold you. Peter
  22. I saw an ad a while ago on Masseurfinder or RentMasseur for a couple in the Minneapolis area who offered four-hand massage using a special "ergonomic" massage table with a cutout in the right place to allow male anatomy to hang freely through the table. * Does anyone recall who these guys are? * Has anyone had a massage from them, or from anyone else with a massage table like that? * Any leads on getting such a table? Thanks! Peter

    TIPPING

You're an amazingly generous man. I agree it is a personal choice. I never expect a tip, but always appreciate one when given.
