    Sadly, yes, it is possible. It has to do with vulnerability and power dynamics. While it can be assumed that younger people have more inherent vulnerability, anyone who is in desperate enough situation can be taken advantage of by traffickers regardless of age, gender, size, etc. There are monsters out there who prey upon those individuals.

    If I recall, there had been a post about the economic issues in Argentina, and that inflation and price changes were an issue for visitors. Is this still the case? And would someone need to know a lot of Spanish to get around and enjoy the city and museums, etc?

    Never ever. Not only do I shower with the lights off, I also wear a blindfold just in case I somehow get a glimpse of myself.

    I don't think anyone can say who is or isn't STD free. You can't go by what is on the profile either - providers can say anything, or may not be aware of their health status at the moment. So please ensure you protect yourself for the level of risk you are prepared to take.
