I like to do this five or six times. Slowly. Sometimes more if he moans in pleasure or if he says he likes the sensation.
When I've thoroughly worked his upper leg in this position, and I've given his anus and taint a few gentle gliding strokes to say hello, I will reposition his leg to be straight, and place his ankle back onto the bolster. Of course he will raise his pelvis for a moment to reposition his erect penis.
Sometimes, a client will push it down so it is erect and pointing to his feet. I will reach in from the side of his hip and ask him to let it point upwards as I move his penis for him into a safer position. (I think that by stretching the tissues at the base of the penis at the abdomen, men are risking losing the firmness that our penises had when we were boys. He settles down and sometimes will rock his hips and grind his penis into the table, but not too often and not for long. He's relaxed and aroused and freely enjoying the mood. I work his calf ankle and foot. These are not erotically charged areas, but he knows he has another leg that will experience the same things in a few minutes. Sometimes clients fall asleep when I work on their feet. After working on his calf, I will use effleurage strokes, to push his blood and lymph back up the leg towards his heart. I do this with strokes going from his ankles, across his popliteal (back of knee), reducing the pressure above that, and up through his hammies and into his glutes.
Then I start on other leg and repeat the process. By the time he turns over, there is almost always a big pool of precum on the table. (I have a strong fantasy of licking it up, but of course I don't for health and safety reasons. But I do love a man's precum.)
