However, in Europe I‘ve been pleasantly surprised with simply asking locals for suggestions. And if either fails to meet my high standards, I take the time to inform the host or management with a well-worded review, etc. Many times I’ve received a credit, or something complimentary on my next visit - it truly pays to give feedback.

Great question - sorry, don’t have an answer. Some kind person apparently has access to a bunch of them and created the site. There are many other dudes with “only fans“ videos posted.
