Happened to me once, the provider didn't get his full rate. I realized after the session something was off and when I asked him about it he said he had done powder right before the session. The escort's health, lifestyle and age, Viagra and the age and physique of the client... Let's be reasonable. If a guy lists PNP in his ad maybe he's not the best choice for top and if the client is out of shape maybe he should tell/warn the escort about it to make sure he takes his pill and didn't cum that day.
