  1. Montreal has better strip clubs and the men who dance in them. In terms of hot guys in general, NYC edges MTL.
  2. I was last in Montreal last September, and while it was still very touch and go with Covid-19 (the Delta and Omicron variants have yet to manifest during that time), I did think that it was on the road to recovery. Heck, I remember the line going to Unity snaking outside Saturday evening. I'm glad to hear things are doing a lot better since then, even though it's still a ways to go.
  3. I am not very good at giving oral (self-assessment); enjoy receiving it however. Exclusively a top but if my partner wants to toss salad, I welcome it. Just don't try to put anything inside.
  4. My friend gave me a ride on his Tesla and I'm sold. Until he told me the price. Since I hardly drive now (my work has transitioned to fully remote), I don't see a reason to switch. Sure, gas prices are insane, but with how little I use my car, I can live with the expense.
  5. A Filipino friend recently had me try a stew made of goat blood. I don't remember the name but he said it's a delicacy back in his home country. He had me eat it with "puto" which is like a cross between a savory muffin and those pancakes that you eat with Peking duck. (I am curious at the name...does it have anything to do with the Spanish name for a male whore?) Anyway, I thought it would be really gamey and very much an acquired taste but it was delicious! The puto worked great with the stew.
  6. While everyone was swooning over Call Me By Your Name (rightly so), I was falling in love with this movie. Beautifully shot and the actors had great presences. I particularly like that it's a love story. It did not follow the "I'm realizing that I'm gay" trope with many LGBT blockbusters.
  7. Food for me is part of the enjoyment of travel. Whenever I go to a new city (or country in general), I'm eating out at least 75 percent of the time. The remaining 25 percent is me buying something from the grocery to eat at my hotel/Airbnb. I won't cook at all the entire stay. If it's a place I've been to, I act more of a local since I'm already familiar with the environment. In other words, 80 percent of my meals happen where I'm staying. I'd eat out on my first day (since I haven't settled yet), my last full day (since my fridge is probably empty at this point), and maybe one or two other days when I can't be bothered to make something or if I am meeting up with friends for dinner. When I drove up to Montreal last year, I stopped at a BJ's Wholesale Club stateside and bought two weeks' worth of groceries. I only ate out maybe twice or thrice. I did get to-go food a couple of times, mostly after hitting up the bars and clubs at The Village. TL;DR I can't do it. I would have to eat out at some point out of necessity.
  8. I've only done one overnight so far, and while it could have gone many different ways, we actually had a great time. Proof: We became friends and spent a few non-business times together before he quit the industry and moved to a different state with his now-fiancé. Anyway, during our overnight, we played five times (not all penetrative and to completion though). We went for drinks at a rooftop bar, had dinner at a Belgian restaurant, and passed by a small art gallery. It helped that we clicked—our conversations never stalled. Don't feel like you have to do an overnight, even if it's with a provider that you see on a regular basis. They're like our friends: Many of them we are happy to have around, but we do not want to spend more than a day with them.
  9. When you were contracted to model, did you give the photographer an adjusted rate, or was it your normal provider rate? Can you elaborate a little bit about the clause should I die? I thought that as long as the model has the raw files (or a collection of edited TIFs), that'll suffice.
  10. I think there's a fairly large provider crowd near where I live. I just hesitated because in my head, Rentmen =/= Model Mayhem 😅. As long as my costs don't go out the window, I'm willing to either pay them for their time or give them a copy of the photos for their use (or a combination of both).
  11. Please move if this will live better in the "Ask a Provider" subforum A little background: I work as a photographer's assistant. I'm learning as much as I could and hope to eventually strike it on my own. Along with the small projects I get through my mentor/boss, I want to build a portfolio of my own, specifically sexy male portraits. I thought about getting in touch with providers on Rentmen who list "modeling" in their "available for." I'll be upfront about why I am hiring them and what the expectations will be (that basically, their photos might show up in my future website along with all my other work). Good or weird idea? The only caveat here is that it will get pretty expensive, fast. Does TFP (time for print) exist for OnlyFans performers that I can perhaps tap?
  12. I'm on track to visiting five new countries this year: Two south of the United States (Mexico and Peru) and three in Europe (Wales, Scotland, and Poland or the Czech Republic). This is the only goal I have set for 2022. Everything else that I do that's new, exciting, and memorable, is cherry on top.
  13. Pyjamas were only a "thing" for me when I was a young precocious kid living with my parents. During those times, I would indeed have underwear. I slept in my underwear my entire University/dorm life, and jettisoned the clothes when sleeping completely once I moved to my own place. In the event I have to share the room with someone I am not intimate with, I would keep whatever underwear I have on but would lose the shirt and socks once the lights are turned off, irrespective of temperature. Fortunately, I am not one who wakes up in the middle of the night to pee, so my almost-naked self remains under the covers the entire time. Sidebar: I have only one pair of pyjamas but it's never worn in bed; rather it's for pyjama parties—the frequency of which seemed to have increased during Covid-19 times. Every other pyjama set gifted to me for the holidays goes back to the store simply because I have no use for it.
  14. Although I agree, I do find that for anything to stick, you have to use the language organically i.e. it has to feel like it's part of your daily life. Spanish is an easy language to progress with here in the United States, but French and German are a different matter. (Of course, in big cities this point is moot.)
  15. If my company will foot the bill for lessons, absolutely. I wouldn't pass up on the chance to add another language in my box of skills. (If I have to pay for lessons out of my own pocket, I wouldn't.) I don't necessarily think he tarnished the brand, although his quite-condescending remark that he doesn't need to speak French, while delivering his speech in Quebec, leaves a really bad taste.
  16. I would say Christmas in 1994. We were all in the living room of my ancestral home digesting from dinner. Unprodded, my grandfather picked up his guitar and started strumming a song. The room got quiet. He started singing. Slowly, everyone jumped in. Soon enough, we were about seven songs in, singing in chorus to each one. (I didn't know the songs then so I was just humming along.) In the end, we were all smiles. My grandparents have since passed, and my extended family would move to different parts of the country. But every time we get together—an increasingly rare event unfortunately—that moment would always find its way to our conversations. There are plenty more memories I would have wanted to keep but this was the first one I thought of.
  17. I'm not a usual client of cruises so I don't think being stuck in the same environment for nine months is something I would go for.
  18. I got a free 7-day subscription to his OF a couple of years ago, when he was still in NYC. Content is a good mix of nude solos and him having sex (there were also some fisting vids but I am not into that). Not sure if he shifted to PPV now, as many accounts have done to really get as much cash from their subscribers, or if the content's all available after paying the monthly fee.
  19. I don't understand the decision-making that went towards this.
  20. Fortunately, I will only do this once I know my days are up.
  21. A porterhouse, rare, cooked in a ton of butter. Served with mashed potatoes and broccoli. If I can get dessert, McDonald's hot fudge sundae with extra fudge. I'll die a happy man.
  22. Curiously enough, I have done this to one coworker and one male model who I work with on photoshoots. With the coworker, I just came up to him and have him a massage while he was working. It was a slow Friday so I think he found it a welcome change. With the male model, we were hanging out at my hotel room, decompressing after a long day shooting a catalog. He was complaining about how tired his feet were, so I offered to massage them. He looked at me a second, said my qualifications, and he agreed. He had such beautiful feet that I had to hide my boner a couple of times. I was completely transparent with them and said that I have only taken a few classes and hands-on time is still in the low 50s, but they both seem to enjoy it.
  23. Wanted to add my experience. I drove to Canada and stayed for three weeks there, half of it in MTL. I drove from NYC. I was at the border for about 30 minutes in total. Negative PCR test, Covid-19 vaccination card (make sure to clarify that the J&J vaccine—which is what I got—is administered just once, unlike the three other accepted vaccines), passport, car search, and standard questions. Montreal as a whole was quite lively the entire time I was there. There were salsa parties, outdoor movie nights, comedy shows, the lot. I had to designate a few days when I won't leave my apartment because it was getting to be too much. I want to make up for last year, sure, but going out every single night is not good. You need to show your vaccine card and an ID in order to dine at a restaurant. If you somehow forgot yours, you can only order takeout (if offered) and you have to wait outside the entire time. People in general didn't wear masks on the street, but they would put them on as they enter establishments. Masks are obligatory upon entering any Metro station and while riding the train/bus. During the rush hours, the trains were quite packed so be aware. I spent a night at a divey bar and befriended a few Montrealers. According to one local, dancing and partying is prohibited. Not sure how that works and the extent at which it's enforced. I went to Campus more often than I did Stock Bar. On non-weekend nights, the wait between the dancers' first and second dances were noticeable. Nonetheless, it felt good to be back to more familiar environs. Campus was packed Friday and Saturday night. There were a lot of female guests too—I would say they made up 40% of the clientele. I did only one lap dance per visit. There were sign up sheets at both Stock and Campus, presumably for contact tracing in case somebody tested positive for Covid-19, but they largely went ignored. I wish they were enforced more but tant pis. Because I was in Canada for longer than 7 days, I had to take a PCR test at most 72 hours before coming back to the US. The border agent who welcomed me back also encouraged that I take another test three days after I get home and try to quarantine at least until I get the negative result. I live by myself and work remotely, so these requests were easy to fulfill. Minus some really minor inconveniences, I had a great time in Canada and Montreal. I can't wait to come back soon.
  24. He's not even in the same state, so prospective clients would have to drive and pay the toll going back to Philadelphia.
