I would definitely communicate that to any escorts beforehand to make sure, but my guess is a lot of the more experienced escort tops would have no problem with that. Believe me they have gotten weirder requests. I might avoid most new escorts just because often as they are getting into the business they can be a little more uncomfortable with different requests.
