@davebk, how recent was this interaction? I do know he was not as comfortable in the past but from our communication recently, he feels WAY more comfortable with who he is / what he can provide.

And, my point was: this was ALL agreed upon. If he wanted a difference in experience, he should take a difference in pay. To the original post, if the provider could not/did not want to perform as expected, a refund should happen. period.
