I always get 90min. These days that’s around $200-$300. I’ll go as high as $300 if there’s something about the guy that I like (rarely). I’m definitely hiring less than I was before covid. I don’t tip on a bad experience but will give around $20 for a “meets expectations”experience and upwards to $60 for above and beyond.
