I don’t see the problem here. He was up front about what he charges and you were able to decline and find a provider in your budget. I hate up selling during the massage so I’d be appreciative for the price quote beforehand. Even if like you, he was too rich for my blood.

SF based masseurs in my experience are professional and reliable. The only times I’ve been ghosted or played the waiting game were with traveling masseurs.
