38 years old? His ad shows him at 32.  He shaved his age by 6 years? That's about par for the course for 30+ year old providers. Bozo has seen much worse.
Too bad that Rentmen and Rentmasseur don't have an age verification policy to expose all of these liars, prevaricators, exaggerators, and embellishers, all of whom seem to suffer from a Dorian Gray complex.
Killian James' ad says that he is an "excellent teacher". Anyone care to speculate what subject he teaches?

Pics 2-4 is of a guy that’s in Brazil. It wasn’t like that when the profile was first created. Red flag. 

I'm sure some of the usual suspects will pop up soon to chide us for saying something bad about an obvious liar.  In this case, he isn't even doing a good job at lying.  One of his main photos on rentmasseur is a calendar cover dated 2010, which means he would have been 15 at the time of that cover shoot if it was a current photo then.  

In shape but he's been 30 y/o for the last 15 years.

This one was way too easy.
The profile is using photos of a Colombian model with an OnlyFans:
