  1. Good question, one that we all might want to ask when sending our personal funds to help. Charity Navigator Website attempts to rate how worthy each charity is at fulfilling their mission. For example, American Red Cross is rated 3 star while California Community Foundation is rated 4 star. Do your own diligence. There may be other sources for guidance besides these.
  2. I need to get my act together. I go to Sprouts for better diet choices but bring home so much sugar. Their cookies and muffins are yummy. I'm so weak when it comes to temptation. Maybe I should attempt cold turkey with sweets. Who is with me? Start tomorrow?
  3. Just curious, what is the name of the book?
  4. Perhaps he can't reconcile never being able to get him pregnant, while knowing his hire is already a father ten years. Good thing we are here too provide free talk therapy, now that he's asked for it.
  5. ...yet the OP makes a point of the idea his hire is a straight dude (that bottoms)
  6. https://www.gayforit.eu/video/478797/surprise-in-massage-saloon Both guys are hot, but the dude giving the massage is a total hunk. OMG. Downside is the masseur's face is obscured, so that is a drawback. I bet he is cute AF.
  7. Excited to see how Feldman does. Ben Platt wasn't too shabby in high school. I expect he could have tackled the role. Here is his high school senior night performance, below. Evan Hansen understudy on Broadway was Ben Levi Ross. Saw him again tonight starring in Dear Evan Hansen at the Ahmanson. He is really something. I do highly recommend seeing him perform in the national tour. I know BP won the Tony but I get the sense that BLR IS Evan Hansen.
  8. I loved how Deaf West Theater production of Spring Awakening portrayed that gay kiss. So sweet.
  9. You fancy boys and your toilets. Whatever way P00t!n Jr. wipes, I don't want to ever read such a thing.
  10. I'm surprised he shared such personal info with you via text, how you've only hired him during the last two months, yet he comes back with such personal info about his non-traditional parenting strategy including details about two other people, to someone that he really doesn't know all that well, I assume. Apparently being a father isn't something he is overly concerned about sharing with clients. Or maybe it is just easier to be honest about things, and hope people don't spread his personal stuff all over town. That said, what is your problem with him being a dad? You never really said why you are anxious. What is making you so anxious?
  11. I've watched French people grocery shop at Trader Joe's. They seem quite careful about what they were buying, the way they read the labels and ingredients of everything, and then had a short conversation before deciding. They do seem to focus more on quality then quantity.
  12. That was very generous of you to help out your straight comrades. But sounds like you don't have fond memories of it?
  13. Thank you niceandthick.
  14. I'd like a taste of that.
  15. Why would they ask about past relationships? Isn't that a topic that scares away a new boyfriend, dwelling on prior attempts, and why these past fellows are no longer in your life?
  16. If you plan to continue seeing companions while in your future relationship, that kind of honesty I understand. That seems the fair thing to do, to tell your new man that you like to get some on the side, even if it's getting a sensual massage now and then. For your hiring past, I don't get the point of bringing that up. What is the reasoning for that? Why is it you would owe that to some future catch?
  17. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<SPOILER>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> In case anyone is still planning to watch the season finale, the following is a spoiler. Was pretty amazing. Did anyone else wonder about Mac? https://www.vulture.com/2018/11/its-always-sunny-in-philadelphia-season-13-finale-recap.html This is lovely, and emotional.
  18. Saw Ben Levi Ross star in Dear Evan Hansen tonight at The Ahmanson in LA. I'm not the first to say D.E.H. is a one-of-a-kind musical. Ben Levi Ross has some great pipes, as well as impressive acting chops for the role. Not an easy part and he nailed it. This show is touring so you can see the same cast that is currently performing here in LA. They are great, all of the cast.
  19. The thing about Breaking Bad, I was convinced that Fring and Max relationship went way beyond a business/mentor relationship. There were some pretty obvious evidence and dialogue. One of the callers on the AfterBuzz show said the same thing after the climactic epi. Yet recently when Giancarlo Esposito was interviewed about the two characters, he said the two had a business relationship. At first I was thrown by his comment but in retrospect one can't expect the actor to get it or dwell on something he might not care about, the gay piece. That said, I predict that if a movie happens, they will not hint at a loving, gay kind of relationship. Hollywood doesn't go there, right? e.g. Bohemina Rhapsody.
  20. Rainer was known as Khalil??
  21. The glasses. We get it he's a dweeb. But the glasses. Even a dweeb wouldn't wear those. Maybe the game plan is to come out of his dweeb shell, lose them. Hope so.
  22. Let them invest that kind of practice on their marriage. http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2015/02/03/0ED9B20200000578-2938196-image-m-4_1422982423661.jpg
