The time might be right to test the waters. Organizations are looking for talent and many are ready to offer a competitive package. I felt stuck in place going on 17 years. Jumped to another spot in our corporation. Got a promotion and a raise that I wouldn't have gotten in the old group. I don't miss the old grind. The new job is challenging but that is fine. I'm learning new tools and processes. I'm satisfied.

Years and Years, new Russell T. Davies drama
+ E.T.Bass replied to + E.T.Bass's topic in TV and Streaming services
+++++++AGAIN spoiler+++++++++++++++++++ Holy sh!t. Yet I am not surprised. It's Russell T. Davies. This has been his schtick, e.g. Torchwood, killing off central characters. Hard to watch, Viv getting elected while Viktor and Daniel are going through Hell, and then the terrible outcome. Really hard stuff. All the while Rosie is still crowing how they need Viv to fix everything. -
Can you please send me a message as well? Not able to PM you.

Does anyone have her latest CD? I see she'll be in Provincetown next month.

Still watching. Tonight had quite a poignant scene with an escort. Someday I'll hire an escort. I would love to hire someone like that, but yeah I know it's just TV. I'm liking how they are still going places with queer themes. So, yes, I'll keep watching.

I expect Spike Jonze drove the dynamics of the show. I must have had my volume cranked. I am usually the first to complain about sound.

A while back I watched. Aziz Ansari: Live at Madison Square Garden and loved it. At the end of the show he did something that perhaps no one else would ever do which said a lot to me about a side of the man to admire, even though it may have seemed cornball to some. Then later came the #MeToo claim. I had a hard time believing this was a guy capable of really bad behavior. I decided not to get spun up by it, and just hoped for a just resolution. I watched his latest last night Aziz Ansari: Here and Now directed by Spike Jonze. He starts with some housekeeping about the aforementioned challenge and goes on to cover lots of current topics. Loved it. Lot of funny sh!t. Not surprised.

Just some Bro talk in the showers.

I love my HBO. So much good stuff on there. Currently showing Ramy Youssef: Feelings. So clever, and really so important to think about the points he is making. https://www.hbo.com/specials/ramy-youssef-feelings

Did you give him a try? He is in DC and then Philly. Sounds like he won't be coming west, at least not soon.

$140 seems high. Does he offer a spa-like setting or something else to justify the spend?

Lot of folks outside of porn fall victim to drugs, such as young celebrities. I'm not going to name names because we've all heard about these sad cases. Whoever is coming to celebrities or coming to porn stars with drugs to sell has targeted certain people. Don't know why. Don't have the answers. But I do find it disturbing to hear others stand in judgment of these targets that fall victim to drug abuse. It is a nefarious, money making business, and these poor fellows in gay porn and in the gay community are not helped at all by blaming them for their plight, that they've been swept into this addiction. Yup, judging them does no good at all. We had a beloved on air personality die from doing drugs in a hotel with his gay companion. He was really loved a lot by everyone, so much that one didn't hear any of this judgment going on, only how much we will miss him, and perhaps our own personal thoughts that his wife and kid are left alone and we are left without seeing him on his TV show. Drugs suck. I want to say "wake up!" But obviously this is an insidious thing that's taken hold of people. So getting all Nancy Reagan on people his horseshit.

It is scary how the story mirrors today. To think that Viv appeals to Rosie, yet in the end, the handicapped will suffer at the hands of the 4-Star party. The mentally handicapped are already in their sites. Yet my sense is that Rosie will not understand that Viv is at fault, until long past the time when the die is cast, and Rosie is sold down the river along with the rest of the mentally and physically handicapped. In fact she may never get it, the most scary aspect of it. -
Yeah, I still see a Nathan-Ed thing coming. Liking this show overall. How they mixed in the Chicago song in tonight's epi was funny.

I have no idea why a provider would block or be non-responsive, especially when I'm such a fantastic client. I did decide to change my profile to private. I don't see any advantage showing my status or number of visits to a provider's ad. Trying to filter through to the decent, sane men providing massage can be tricky. I've blocked providers on rentmasseur that have been a waste of time trying to communicate with them, or that have terrible stories others shared about them on this forum. That way I will remember not to bother with them down the road.

I haven't found too many guys like Danny that incorporate the amount of stretching he did. He does good work, and as some of you mentioned, his work is strictly therapeutic. Tony stands on his own merits, for me just as good, for how relaxed I felt. There was no stretching, but rather more of a soothing therapy, which I was ready for. Tony is a nice guy, as is Danny. Today I did a third massage, this one Deron. He has been well described above and on other threads. A good result for me. Rating = A. I'll repeat, if he is in town when I return to PS. Also a nice guy. So even though my week in PS started out disappointing, I eventually found 3 great massage sessions!

Now batting 2 for 2 in PS. Massage by Tony. https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/17975/ His pictures seemed genuine and I liked his smile, so I scheduled with him. Easy, friendly communication. His therapeutic style was pleasant and relaxing. Rating = A. I will repeat.

7.1 earthquake a few minutes ago. Epicenter again Mojave Desert near Ridgecrest. This one definitely felt stronger here in PS.
-
The review on rentmen.com says pictures not accurate But review also recommends hiring.
-
I tried Danny. All of the above comments were correct and helpful for setting my expectations. Therapeutic with stretching. My rating = A. I will repeat.

We felt it in Palm Springs. Never felt a tremor like that before, and lasting that long. Interesting.
-
I'll try Danny. Deron not available. Thanks for the heads up on Tim.

OK. See post above re: Shaun.

During my April visit to PS I hired Shaun. Strictly therapeutic.https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/27337/ In the spirit of no reviews allowed I'll just say it was a B.

Are you considering a specific therapist in PS? Or a recommendation? I have a solid appt set up for Friday based on this thread so will follow up how that one goes. The rest I've tried included last minute cancellation, another agreeing on meeting but then going radio silent, a third was basically noncommunicative and another top therapist is out-of-town. So yeah, all the usual sh!t. But it is what it is. Right? So it goes.
