Thiem plays Nadal late tonight 12:30am Pacific time, a quarterfinal match. Would love to stay up and watch, but probably not gonna happen.

My mistake. ? Will never again.

Years ago had a sh!tty experience at Denny's and some locals told me I shoulda gone to Rick's for breakfast.

IMO, Great show. Alicia Keyes handled everything with such respect. I loved Usher's tribute to Prince, with Sheila E on drums. That was a highlight. Also loved Billie Eilish "When the Party's Over." Tanya Tucker performance was quite a treat, and so apropos for today.

I've grabbed carry out from Shakey's, but yeah, lotta kids in there. Another fun place I mentioned before is Roy's in R.M. We enjoyed the happy hour menu sitting at the bar.

Both of the resorts I mentioned have very nice guys running the place. So sweet. Last time one of their team put hands on hips and exclaimed, "when are we going to see you naked?" Very sweet fellow. I told him it would be very late in the day! As a rule, neither of the two resorts recommends getting frisky outside your room, although I may have seen some guys get slightly carried away late one evening.

I wrote a review for The Hacienda at Warm Sands after my first visit. I have returned twice and scheduled my fourth visit next April. I also wrote a review for Santiago Resort I am staying for a week and splitting my April PS visit between the above two resorts. I like both for different reasons. I researched La Dolce Vita but haven't tried it yet. Good reviews on TripAdvisor. Located a little farther south than the other spots mentioned on the Forum PS thread. Honestly, these may not have the eye candy you want, but I've met lots of great guys around the pool. Santiago is bigger and so a larger selection of men to ogle. That said, I haven't tried all the resorts mentioned on the Forum. Perhaps those other resorts will have the most eye candy.

This popped up today on my screen. #2. Air Museum. Have't visited yet, but want to. Looks like something I'd appreciate a lot. #3 Moorten Botannical Garden. Discovered this place driving by. Was worth a visit. Convenient, easy stop. #6. Finally visited the Art Museum last August. Loved it If you enjoy art, then this place is is a worthy stop and so convenient. #11. Joshua Tree. I always enjoy the beauty of the desert at Joshua Tree. Long drive though. Recommend an early start. #16 Bill's pizza. I love pizza and this place is pretty good and convenient. Also, there is a Shakey's not far, for those that grew up with Shakey's pizza and want to reminisce. Works for me.

There isn't a search option for male. Yelp might be a better search option vs. Rubmaps. -
Many pictures on the internet today of Nadal and the ballgirl that was struck by a ball. He remains such a beloved player.

Your welcome. Santiago Resort offers bicycles, the kind with fat tires and a generous size basket to carry everything you might need to bring along.
-
There is a local trolley. https://www.visitgreaterpalmsprings.com/listing/ps-buzz-trolley/28452/ Was recommended by the Santiago Resort.

Nadal is generous with removing his shirt and how long it takes to put on a dry one. He always wears plenty of brilliant greens, purples, pinks etc.

Years ago, My brother lost his wallet while rubber rafting in Wyoming. A fisherman from Utah found it washed up on an island and mailed it back home to the Midwest. I buried my wallet and keys in a plastic bag at San Onofre so I could swim. The markers I used to direct where to dig later failed me. Was nearly dark when I finally found the bag.

Nadal is seeded #1 at this years Australilan Open. It's 3:15pm right now in Melbourne and he's playing Bolivian hottie Hugo Dillien. Who is your favorite to win or favorite hottie?

A talented man, and someone that has experienced so much first hand, e.g. The 1950s and 60s, Stonewall, AIDs epidemic and so on

Less is much like Edmund White Farewell Symhony, an under-appreciated writer as the focus. Haven't read any others by him. Hope you find something that speaks to you. ?

These two each won a Pulitzer. But knowing how jaded you are , I'd skip the 2nd one. https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/frederick-douglass-prophet-of-freedom-by-david-w-blight.152068/ https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/less-by-andrew-sean-greer-2018-pulitzer-prize-for-fiction.153940/

Best ensemble winner at SAG Awards tonight. Often foreshadows Best Picture winner at the Oscars

I allowed myself to not remember all these friends and relatives he wrote about. Too many. The hope that hung in the air at the end of #2...... #3 might serve as remembrance for some.
