  1. Sounds like the sort of hijinks George Costanza would experience if there was an episode with an escort. Later Jerry, Elaine and Kramer would argue about George's drama.
  2. One of Rock's greatest drummers. So sad to hear it. Neil Peart passed, after battling brain cancer. Rush has always been a favorite of mine.
  3. I wasn't clear who was getting married, but guessed it was Liza
  4. I'm sitting in his office now. He stepped out for something. But all I seem to want now is for him to come back in and do the prostate exam again.❤ Late 30s, Viet, (don't judge me he was in network and nearby ?) medium height, rugby build, a quiet masculinity. No wedding ring. ?
  5. Coworkers have complained about odd characters that ride the system, making their commute uncomfortable. Some have switched to using a van pool. I've only felt uncomfortable once, when a couple of young thugs got on (or thug wannabes) on our Blue line
  6. She mentioned Valley of the Dolls. Found an interesting piece on that, including her connection to the movie.
  7. I used Zelle QuickPay, on my bank website. Fast 'n easy, just like many of you.
  8. I used Zelle QuickPay, on my bank website. Fast 'n easy, just like many of you.
  9. I could have mentioned the 9 Lives of Christmas on Hallmark. Love that one all year long.
  10. That might be a good question to have answer to. Why did you stay at that Org so long? I don't know if bringing up loyalty sounds good. I really don't know. Might look better compared to jumping every two years. There are resumes like that too, where the candidate had moved on several times over what seemed like a short time.
  11. I always heard one should have one years take home pay on hand. As far as the interview, I remember from communication class learning to prepare sharing the professional organizations you belong to and the roles you perform each day. "This is what I'm skilled at doing.", perhaps 3 things. Over the last few years I've realized it is hard to find good people. New reqisitions stay open a long time. So it seems this is a good time to interview for a new position. Companies need good people. 50 years old should be Ok. Don't sweat that, unless you like to find things to worry about. There are tricks to interviewing which seems gamey. But you do what you gotta do. Pay attention and ask questions about program terms and initiatives they bring up. I performed the same role for nearly 17 years. Last year I decided to interview for another group I knew needed people. I asked to be promoted up a level and for a specific raise which I got. My old Org was flummoxed that I would leave. 17 years is long enough, probably too long, to stay in place.
  12. I read an opinion that movies about acting and showbiz are more prone to win awards. Perhaps it's a factor why Marriage Story received several Golden Globe nominations. I watched it yesterday for one reason: Adam Driver. He was great. I'd like to see him win tonight. I cared about Adam Driver's character, but the throughline of the story had some bumps, you know? Clearly the critics loved this movie a lot, so don't bank on my opinion. I loved Meryl Streep in She is in a class by herself. Plays a clever, conniving, and a little bit nuts mother-in-law. If she wins tonight I will not be surprised.
  13. Why boys want to get each other wet.
  14. Changes all the time. This week it's my Julie London double CD. I Left My Heart in San Francisco Desafinado
  15. The link posted under the Deli Forum, for meeting porn star/escorts at the Str8UpGay Summit led me to the Levi Karter documentary Leave it to Levi , which will be screening during the summit, at the Montalban Theatre. (Levi is a gay porn performer, not an escort.) I watched the documentary today on Dekkoo. There are some good parts to it and I did end up pulling for him. A sweet kid. Learned a little bit. Glad I watched it.
  16. I a Sounds good. I admit not reading Leavitt (yet). Have you read much of him?
  17. Well...since you brought it up ? Mine was Thai. He handed me the douche. I felt his strength and how smooth his skin. Afterwards he patted my butt and assured me. "You're good to go."?
  18. Another hunky Isreali.
  19. Red Dirt (streamed on Dekkoo) starts and ends with this amazing poem. In between there is a lot of southern Gothic dialogue which I loved, especially the scenes portraying these two young men wanting to escape their boring lives. All that was good. Karen Black plays an eccentric with emotional issues. The last 10 minutes were so rewarding. The plot had some points that are not as strong and not easy to follow. Some won't have the patience for it, but I did. Forever and a day and the blood of man, stained red the dirt of the Mississippi land. And in this journey we go, but in this place we’ll stay. If only in the heart, where memory of love, eternally remains.
  20. Watched Bonanza this afternoon. Episode The Unwanted Noticed a young hottie staying at the ranch. Looked up on imdb.com. Was Jan Michael-Vincent. He sure was a very pretty boy in his 20s.
  21. Read the article in Out. Sounds good. My reading queue is getting long.
