Gio’s self description is far too modest! His body is far from “average”! And he weighs more than 125. I’d make a trip to Chicago just to see him.

I think the return smile is an excellent start. I generally engage in a conversation since I’m extroverted. That said, I’ve let some opportunities get away since I wasn’t aggressive enough, especially with very cute and rather effeminate servers. A little effeminacy turns me on.

I’ve been staying at Hilton properties more frequently. As fas as SPG, I haven’t stayed in their properties since 2013, so I wasn’t affected. I’ve been more of an Airbnb client lately. Hotel point program should aren’t that important to me. My Amex and Visa Signature cards offer plenty of points accumulation opportunities.

I’m surprised that some pretty explicit photos are still visible when I did a random audit yesterday. -
I also have adequate safety provisions in place should an unpleasant issue arise.

I generally have hosted over the years with never an issue. I have good intuition and I like to have some control over the environment. Nothing’s been stolen. A few have asked for tours, lol. I’m not concerned about being outed since I already am!

The few times in the past that I’ve agreed to a deposit, there was a 100% flake rate. In one case, I had paid for a flight. It’s a dilemma for sure. If someone flakes just cut them off.

He’s been advertising for several years in SD and OC. He seemed a bit too clean-cut and choosy, so I’m glad members have had good experiences with him. I’ve had a regular weekend companion for two years in that area and I’m loathe to try someone else since I get everything I want from him.

The “no-kissing” thing seems to be growing among younger providers. Perhaps they’ve had experiences with poor dental hygiene? I was close to an overnight with one until he quite matter-of-factly texted that he doesn’t kiss. Boo.
