My associate also rarely ate after his procedure and substituted alcohol. Very sad decline. But he also was addictive and suffered from depression. The older I get the more I realize that alcohol is a poison.

I’m glad some of you have had success with this procedure. I’ve only heard horror stories, including heavy drinking. A former business associate got the surgery and then gradually developing a heavy drinking problem which led to his early death at 63.

I can think of three former regulars from the 2005-2007 era who have gone on from being very popular twinks to great careers. All three earned their undergraduate degrees while escorting. Never tip in the US unless the provider was charging too little for the service, as stated previously. My rate is $500 per session, which could last from over an hour to two hours. lately, I’ve been considering raising that by 10% because of inflation. On the other hand, favored providers have received plenty of expensive clothes, jewelry and cosmetics.

I’ve used ATMs abroad forever without a hitch. My bank waives the interbank charges. I did have a debit card eaten by an ATM in Kyiv, but thankfully I had a spare. I think I’ll get a thousand EUR at B of A before I leave. The fee is ridiculously low. Then I won’t have to worry about it.

I haven’t had any since early April, and that was with a long term regular. I may get a shot before Portugal, though I never go to saunas or crowded gay venues anyway.

I’ll be in Portugal for a month starting September 14 so I’m hoping the USD continues strong. Hopefully the wild fires won’t destroy some of the rural areas I hope to visit. Lisbon does have some hot providers, though.
