What does one charge as a daily rate on an extended trip anyway? Not sure that I would ever venture that far, but I am certainly curious. My apologies if this has been asked here before, but if you are to include dinner as part of a meeting, is it typically before or after other encounters? Obviously whats for dinner would play a part of it, of course, but just curious if most prefer it before or after. Also, is the dinner time usually included in the time frame (in other words, if dinner is planned, is the hiring for 2 hours instead of 1) or is it typically considered off clock time -- communicated in advance, of course?
