Yes. Most spas have re-opened at this point. I'd recommend that you give the spa of choice a call to set up an appointment and find out how they are operating under the current environment. Most are requiring that masks are worn by both client and masseur.

Let's take the high road and chalk it up to the reviewers finally caught up with it OR someone picked up on the chatter here and word got out. Guess they wouldn't believe it was unintentional and now have given him a time out. I'm glad that his business is good so it won't hurt him.
