Only you can decide what is right for you. I am not yet vaccinated so holding off, but personally I would have no problem getting a massage from him. If you want a nice massage from a handsome dude in his 30s and walk away with a happy ending, he is your guy. I've seen many posts here on the forum where members are very critical of companions. Including their age, their pics, their unwillingness to go beyond the service agreed to and of course their hourly rates. Mutual respect and kindness goes a long way in having a good experience.

It sounds like you have gotten to know him pretty well. Perhaps you can persuade him to see a doctor for a full medical checkup. With some blood work and answering some pointed questions, they may be able to find out what can be done to help him. It may be a simple as a few dietary adjustments. If you are willing to pay for his doctors visit, he may be more than willing to go - he must be kinda worried too.
