But the providers cluster in Hollywood/West Hollywood. So you'll find them easier to visit or easier to have them visit you if you are in central LA. There's a lot to be said for not having to fight traffic on the 405 or the 10 to get into LA.

Marina Del Rey is another place to consider. I think it has a different feel than the Beach cities. But it might suit you.
