My brother is a pastor (go figure) and he has recommended other churches to congregants who may be looking for something new or different. He’d rather they find something else than just stop attending altogether.

Sure did. Same dude, twice, about 5 years apart. He had changed his appearance somewhat, moved to a different city, and new pictures. Once I arrived the second time, it was too late to back out. He was so-so. About a year later, the mayor of a small town was arrested for having sex with the dude. Of course the escort’s real name was published, and somehow the news got ahold of his RM photos. Turned out the guy had quite a criminal history. Scary? A little.

I love them, too. And I agree with you. Many years ago, I was an assistant manager of our college basketball team. We had two players during my senior year who had the thickest pit bushes I’d ever seen. Watching them shoot free-throws was mesmerizing.
