You've got to work with what works best for you. Period. You are in a 100 percent commish environment, and time is money
I empathize with you. I sell real estate. I will give a lot more slack to a client who is a repeat or referred to me by a trusted client. A Joe blow who calls to look at one of my listings out of the blue, I give a lot less slack to. The 15 minute rule goes into effect. If they don't show, I'm a goner

I'll get flamed for this, but the discourse on republican can vs democrat, trump vs the lying bitch Hillary is ridiculous

We all put our pants on the same way. I've got lib friends and hard right friends. I'm not gonna talk to someone, or be with someone because we have different political views.

Get over yourselves. We are entitled to our opinions, and thank god we have a military and a constitution that guarantees we are allowed those opinions.

    That is a valid concern.

Political views should not be injected into business advertisements.

However, the topic always comes up so I felt the need to clarify up front that I tend to be more on the conservative side.

The topic always comes up when I'm meeting people because it such a hot topic these days.

So instead of being two-faced or having to face a confrontation in person I thought it would be more appropriate to mention it in the ad. Unfortunately, I see that backfired.

I would also like to point out that because I am a Christian, I tend to be considered more conservative.

However, in my Christian circles, I tend to be labeled a liberal for obvious reasons.

I would label myself as a Liberal Christian and a Political Moderate. I also have many Post Modernist, New Evangelical and New Age Spiritual Views. As many of you know, I study the book "A Course In Miracles".

As a Christian, I cannot condone all of the President’s behavior.

However, as a fiscal conservative, I saw no other alternative.

I personally support Most of the President's agenda. (key word: MOST).

However, When it comes to mistreating people of other races and religions I strongly protest his agenda.

I am extremely open minded to people of a different race or religion.

As for my vote, I consider myself to be a pragmatist, so I believe in coming up with the most practical solution that is a balance between the most realistic and the most idealistic concerns of the time.

I also would not consider myself to be a Republican or a Democrat.

I believe in balance of power between the parties.

I did vote for Obama during the previous Presidential election.

I admire President Obama's behavior more than any President I have seen in History, but I did not support everything his agenda stood for.

To make a long story short, I believe that The most pressing concerns of these next four years are unemployment and the United States’ economy.

I studied Economics in College, and I keep up with the Economic News regularly.

This is why I chose to vote for the party that favored American nationalism at this point in time.

Having said that, I do believe that we need to embrace international globalization and more liberal policies too.

After eight years of liberal policy, I believe the pendulum needed to swing more right.

Like I said, I'm not a Republican or a Democrat.

So in four years, I may choose to vote for a more liberal president.

I have always considered myself to be a bisexual man.

I may choose to marry a male sometime in the future, so of course I backed gay marriage.

I also would like to point out that there were some influential Gay Republicans who helped push through Gay Marriage Legislation, and I think we owe them some gratitude.

Having said that, At this point in US History, I don't think we need more gay rights.

I am more concerned with Unemployment and GDP.

Like I said before, I believe the most pressing concerns are the United States are the economy and jobs.

That is simply my opinion, but I agree with you that they should not be put in a business advertisement.

So in the future, I will leave my political views out of my ad.

I would also ask that if you do meet me, and you do not agree with my political views, that you don't bring up the subject unless you enjoy intellectual debate (which I do).

I enjoy intellectual debate on the subject if you're capable of doing that without getting upset.

I might also add that some of my closest clients that I keep in touch with regularly are on the liberal side.

We often argue.. but in a peaceful manner

Noticed Ryan’s ad changed a bit. He’s advertising more body work on his Relax ad at higher prices than the Heal ones. Also no more theraputic only disclaimer, but now “Just Be Nice.” Could this be that he is more willing to be more adventurous? He’s also got some new hot shirtless picture up now. Might have to make it up to Orlando soon.

Since olex is friends with georgio/max, I can understand the oil. But as for the HE, max is fine.
I will definitely need to checkout Jakes again. I have been doing the circuit to find the right guy, and keep using him in my memory as a benchmark.

My faves [for your stated purpose] from experience:

Jake Hughes: (2 sessions). personable, highly interactive, overall very good experience. https://www.masseurfinder.com/members/jakehughes.shtml

Jason: (10 sessions). Nice guy. Knows the body extremely well. Very interactive. Superb massage and the most sensuous long slow therapeutic strokes you could imagine.

Jeff: (> 15 sessions). after getting to know you, very interactive, super sweet guy, great ambiance, cute as heck. https://www.masseurfinder.com/members/jeff16.shtml

Regarding Oleksandrr: first session with him last week. I’m not sold. Smoking body. Really nice guy. BUT, he was not really in to the MT part and his sensual elements suggested that he read a book about where to touch. I was slathered in oil. I had to finish my own session.

Along with a convention where he gives us all a massage. But we should all get together...

I would love for the really good ones like Alexei (and certainly others) to know how much he is appreciated among his clients. And I also wish some of the slap-dash fly by nights tying to make a fast buck and giving sub standard massages could know that “we know” what real quality is and up their game.

If I could afford to keep him to myself, I would. Definitely book with him when he visit your city.

And I have to say that I am so happy that so many others have had good experiences :-)!
I only wish I could see him more often...

I thought that's what social media lived for. :-)

I gave up a long time ago on correcting others on the internet, but I feel a closer relationship with the people here - which is why I've pointed out masseuse vs masseur myself in the past. That, and it's so close to what this forum is all about.

But I doubt that pointing it out will make any difference. it'll be about as effective as people posting signs in the company kitchen saying "if you take the last cup, make a new pot". It's not that people are unaware of the rule, they just don't care.
