I might look for different things in a hire than most and therefore can't comment as comprehensively as others have in this thread, but over the past couple years i have met him multiple times and if you have communicated and mutually agreed to how you would like to spend your time with him and you're totally for real and no games, he has always been a complete man of his word and a complete gentlemen regarding everything in my experience.
