I prolly should advance to the newer Apps and Tech but I just pay the extra $65/month or so and use an old phone that used to have a different name but with a different number. But it's honestly somewhat silly after the first meet cuz i host at my home >95% of the time anyway. One gentlemen who was doing his diligence prior to our 1st meet before becoming "friends" showed me how he uses a mass marketing service that buys a lot of data from companies and cross references from multiple sources to build consumer database profiles for professional marketers that he uses to help make sure he's somewhat prepared as best he can be for a new potential client. Please don't ask who but just to add some potential helpful info to community he showed me how my second number got linked back to me despite none of it coming officially from the phone company or service provider or was linked with my regular number in the cloud through like a shared Apple icloud account for example. Glad he showed me but wasn't happy about it, hahaha. It's been a few years and I don't remember the name of the service but any business or person can just sign up and pay a monthly fee for access to the service and it searches and spits out data ranging from home and/or work addresses, names, phone numbers, employers etc.. Not saying it's totally accurate and always up to date or the data is always comprehensive and correct but again i felt my attempts to be anonymous was easily thwarted. Hahaha

I wasn't arguing your point. I was just saying that on the Company's website they specifically say that the test's used to be restricted to "frontline healthcare workers and first responders" but is now open more broadly "for all individuals who meet the screening criteria for COVID testing". And they then state before being able to get a test you have to submit answers to specific questions to make sure that you meet the "screening criteria" which was heavily questions about symptoms which i have none and am not a frontline healthcare worker or first responder.

FWIW, Pre-Covid we had a brief yet good communication but are on opposite coasts and agreed to potentially explore scheduling when more logistically pragmatic.

Thanks greatly appreciate the link. I had a previously scheduled completely routine annual physical in the 1st week of June and took that opportunity to have a Covid and Antibodies test then. Both negative and i have no symptons or any reason to suspect i could have been exposed and live alone so per the website, i wonder if that disqualifies a person of being able to order a test? (Which i am fine if the answer is that it's restricted to people with symptoms or who live in higher risk categories such as being a front line worker and routinely being potentially exposed).

Never heard of that. Will look into it and if true/reliable could be something to explore.

I agree the scheduling looks logistically ridiculous. To go from East Coast to LA then to Miami then SF in 3 successive days. FWIW however he does have two reviews on RM that were created this month. One reviewer stated he did a video camming session and the other states he did indeed meet the gentlemen in Boston last week were his profile had listed him.

I posted the commentary below a few months ago in a different thread My Commentary regarding SA in a previous thread. I've perused the site sporadically in and out since Jan 2016. I've had numerous chats on and off the site and I've gone ahead and met 6 from it during that itme. One i cut-off communication as i think he's not 100% psychologically sound and was screaming to be a future potential train wreck. A second was "ok", and i was initially borderline to not interested in further meetings but then he made the decision easy as he way overvalued himself anyway and in my opinion out of touch with reality in general. A third we communicated a ton and met once and still communicate but he's a self-admitted hustler and we enjoy each other's numerous and deep conversations about life but it's never progressed beyond one meeting and being text pals. And the three others are really good guys (in Undergrad and Grad Schools) in their own different way and we communicate regularly. One lives in a different continent, (we've met once) but we will meet in the future again, one we met up regularly (Pre-Covid) and the other we still communicate but i've elected to keep it to just friends in all respects but he still gets and appreciates a tremendous amount of valuable personal and career mentoring etc.. It does take a lot of work though to establish trust, mutual respect and understandings etc..

The problem is you will never know unless you do get at least one month's subscription so you can message and communicate to be able to even start the triage process finding out mutually satisfying good matches.

There have been many discussions on other threads about SA. One recent one where it was mentioned was about other sites besides RM that people found useful. I have used it in the past but can't always justify the monthly cost and opted for the free version since March though that was specifically due to not meeting people due to Covid and budget tightening. i can say that i've encountered all types from both RM and SA both positive and negative.

Kinda crazy. So basically depending on how attractive the vice cop felt the alleged perp was they could decide to arrest pre or post their own orgasm? A case of Moral Hazard perhaps? Would love to hear some of the explanations recorded on wire taps on those sting operations. Hahaha

Kind of all very strange. I've had pretty typical text conversations with the person (someone?). After discussing that we weren't currently in the same city and providing the initial and standard rate card information he did offer a video cam session but didn't attach any economic value to that. He also prepared to meet in the future when we in the same city. And FWIW the profile has a 2nd review on RM whereby the reviewer claims to have met. But alas only time will really tell.

His prior RM profile has been around for a few years and has mostly same pictures. I know cuz i have been on the fence about approaching to hire during that time. FWIW reviews on there are all positive with only a couple comments that some say pictures are outdated but they still would recommend.

Same as well. In fact i have met a few times with same regular (not on RM) each time spaced out over two weeks. And during that time period and totally coincidentally had routine Dr's appointment so had all test's done and negative for virus and antibodies but obviously that status could change in 10 minutes. And yes I know not to push my luck any further. I'm collecting my Poker Chips, vacating the tables and on the next flight out of Vegas.

Gentlemen let's not go down too many assumptive rabbit holes, hahaha. For example he did say "we got camera's and we etc....", so it's possible that he doesn't live alone and could have been referring to he and a partner's money and/or even bought his house and rents out rooms to other friends who also got robbed. Don't know and speculating but could help provide an alternative theory as to why the Fed's haven't busted him for tax evasion or wasn't personally gut wrenchingly distraught over social media. Or maybe he had actually been building a cash reserve before depositing the money and it was specifically gonna be used to file CY 2019 taxes as of July 15th this year. All meant with much love and respect.

I agree with you on everything though have met a couple times in hotel rooms when i was traveling in Vegas and London. Based on your comment i probably have more of hiring experience and much prefer hosting as well, but that's how I am with friends in general so it comes naturally regardless. I just don't think i could relax at someone's place who i didn't know because of the potential of too many unknown variables to me. (Oh just remembered i did go to a gentlemen's place once) but we were already good friends by then. Prolly sounds silly but honestly for a 1st time meeting, i'd almost rather pay the extra expense and get a hotel room independently in the city i live in, than feel vulnerable going to their place until i knew them better.

Seems like people either really like him or reallly were turned off by him. But it does seem that regardless the profile isn't fake in terms of not being the person but boils down to perceptions of attitude. But unfortunately only basing observation on RM comments and not any forum members personal experience.
