  1. The discretion goes both ways. You opened the door by posting, what now appears to be, misleading information. Can you blame him for defending himself vigorously?
  2. Good idea: Hey @BuffaloKyle, gimme some chedda! 😋 I mean, at least from me you will get a receipt and a rauchy thank you note! 😆
  3. I’ve said it before and I will say it again..,
  4. I suppose it can be considered a fetish. Financial domination (aka handing your wallet to a man who goes on a spending spree) sounds like a good way to put a dent in your net worth without much reward. I dont recommend it, but you do you…if it is your thing. Just be very sure to understand and agree with your dom what you will get out of it and set firm limits on spending.
  5. Always keep these around! 😉
  6. In my opinion it really isnt hard to avoid: 99% of the time if you ask for a Facetime or Whatsapp video call, face to face, the mask slips. 👺
  7. Yes, we should do it. I suggest we issue token on a blockchain to recognize contributions. We can call it canoodle coin! 🫵
  8. Honestly, you may just have to get over it. He isn’t your boyfriend; he isnt “cheating” on you. You are both consenting adults so be a good customer and let them be a good provider without attaching emotional or societal baggage that adds no value to either of your lives. 🤓
  9. To be sure, we Americans, are spoiled for choice. The site is operated from Europe where they dont see things the same way. During a trip to the Netherlands last week I had a rude awakening when almost no one would accept my credit card. Grocery stores, liquor stores, even restaurants. Only debit cards. My corporate credit card was basically useless. Improvise, adapt and overcome gentlemen!
  10. I only have and recommend term life insurance to my friends, but…they are all poor! Lol. Be careful of mainstream advice on life insurance from gurus like Dave Ramsey and Suze Orman - they do not understand the tax code or how these policies can be used effectively. Take a look here: https://youtu.be/t3eHZT9Erxo There is a place for permanent life insurance as a tax shelter if you are maxing out retirement options already and need to take it to the next level to keep Uncle Sam from picking your pocket.

Boston. That makes sense, since the Patriots are useless this season, they need some entertainment over there. 🤭 It is a (very) rare provider that keeps to all their proposed travel cities beyond NYC and LA - scheduling more than a few days ahead is a gamble. Consider finding someone local instead of depending so much on visitors. Or catch an Eagles game. 😎
  12. Dude! Can we please keep the expletives to a minimum?? 🤣
  13. Take a look here: https://heymistr.com/2024/08/08/how-long-for-prep-to-work-a-comprehensive-timeline/?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAAC0g6bbDURytvze5Py8M4DVvDj1p6&gclid=CjwKCAiA3ZC6BhBaEiwAeqfvyvejmZr7HIM1T1MNy1dCwP7kOLd_ogCufHIYuAbtRsHzpL8YcUPbcxoCrY8QAvD_BwE In short: depends on the drug you are taking, if you are taking it as prescribed; but as a rule you get maximum protection after 3 weeks of use for the daily pill.
  14. Possible exception: Lucy Lawless! 😋
  15. The deception is that these Fintechs claim to be partnering with FDIC insured banks…so they make it sound like FDIC insurance extends to these deposits. In many cases the partner banks also loudly proclaim their excitement with the partnership. Then when things go wrong and the funds go missing, both parties shrug and the bank as well as FDIC claim they are not responsible. Eroding trust in both the banking system and the FDIC, with the consumer left with the loss.
  16. So you use/rely on a Fintech for any of your financial transactions? I have very little love for large banks, but the risk involved with the likes of Yotta/Synapse also worries me. https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2024/11/22/synapse-bankruptcy-thousands-of-americans-see-their-savings-vanish.html
  17. Dare I say: you had fun but you didnt understand the assignment... The idea behind edging is to build up, continue to build up and build up some more, staying on the edge to get to the point of one big blow. 😉
  18. Electronic I bonds: $25 minimum or any amount above that to the penny. For example, you could buy an I bond for $36.73. Paper I bonds: $50, $100, $200, $500, or $1,000
  19. Now in Boston and traveling to NYC soon. Pics are not him. Will not repeat.
  20. Most 403(b) plans offer a Roth option - you can start by channeling new contributions into a Roth part of the 403(b) that way. Some 403(b) plans allow in service distributions/withdrawels before age 59 and a half - you can use that to shift funds into an IRA and then do a Roth conversion of those funds. Be prepared to pay taxes on any funds shifted out of your 403(b). I highly recommend that you speak to a professional before making any of these moves - it can get complicates and messy if not done correctly and with appropriate planning.
  21. Nathan Lane was worth the effort!
  22. You are allowed to be young and foolish. Since you mentioned midtown, I assume you are in NYC. My advice: get a massage table, join MMXNYC and get free massage exchanges going. Finish your studies and wait to spend money until you have money. 😉
  23. Don’t be anxious - just vote. Then have an irish coffee. You’ll be fine! 😁
  24. Try a search - Igor has been discussed many times.
