I've seen him this month and can confirm that he looks just like the pic below. He looks a little younger in person actually. I frequent a guy in my area who offers a massage with tantric elements and I can attest to the fact that it’s geared toward erotic pleasure.  You’re both nude and there’s lots of mutual touching, teasing, and edging.  In my experience it has been really hot and sexual.  
I haven’t had spiritual tantric massage but I suspect it would be too woo-woo for me.

In my experience and from watching videos online, a Tantric massage is a session that uses massage as foreplay, but it’s intended to end with penetration. Yes, they might talk about it in terms of Eastern spirituality, but in the end, it’s much more overtly sexual, then even an erotic massage.
