Thats my experience as well. I prefer to be clean before the massuer's touch me and they always allowed me to have a quick rinse shower before starting.   Happy Massaging

Hi, question for you all in NYC. If you're going for a massage after being out and about for a while and home is too far to go home to shower before, would they typically let you rinse off in the shower real quick before or do you always book the scrub just to be sure? It's rare that I can go right from a shower to a massage and have booked the scrub for that purpose but would rather just rinse off real quick as opposed to the long thing. It doesn't seem like thats really an option but maybe you all know something I dont. :) thanks for any advice!

I've had Kenny a few times and he always provided a very sensual experience and has never pushed me for tip.  I generally tip 100% of the session though.  He even has said we should do a 4 hands with another massuer and midway during out last session pivoted to another massuer to finish. It was a great experience.  Looking forward to scheduling a 4 hands with them.....

I forgot to follow up on this. After the bad experience with Abel on the phone, I was eventually able to book the appointment I wanted with Shane.
Shane told me that he is the only one who books his appointments, so none of the other staff are able to book someone for him. But he said the staff are supposed to tell you when you can call back to speak to Shane.
The following day I had my appointment with Shane, and it was wonderful.

He just happened to answer. He refused to let me schedule an appointment. He told me to call back about 30 minutes later, so I did. When I called back, he answered again and berated me for calling back. He yelled, “Why are you calling? We’re busy! Just walk in tomorrow!” Then, he hung up on me.

The very poor customer service is what made me stop going to this spa. I had been going twice a month for a 90 minute combo for a whole year, never missed or canceled any appointment. I was able to book directly with the masseur but that changed, I was told to call and make the appointments directly with the spa. Due to the nature of my job I need to schedule in advance and not the day of, but they were giving me problems, telling me to call the next day. The next day they would tell me to call the next day. They would hang up the phone or being plain rude. So I decided to never visit the spa anymore.

Is there really still nothing for us in Westchester county?
There are at least 25 girl spas, but could one of them not have just one boy that would tag along, just in case a customer is looking for that?
Traveling to Manhattan each time makes the whole thing NOT relaxing, it defeats the purpose.
