The very, Very, VERY best to a gentleman I have come to admire and enjoy. Look forward to seeing you in Palm Springs and shooting the shit.

Damn the body if mighty fine but, in his ad, he only mentions that he is into three things -- body hair, muscle, and PNP. For me, at least, body hair is just fine, if muscle means muscle worship only that's not fine, and PNP is definitely NOT fine.

He does push, a number of, my buttons even though I'm not a tattoo person. The only thing I find unflattering is that his facial expression in the majority of his photographs is so terribly woebegone. A smile really wouldn't destroy his face.

Damn Dwalker that's a tough one. I'd probably go with Jay Alexander for two reasons 1.) I've always found him sexy as hell, and 2.) Jay Dymel even though he lists his cock size at 8" he has obviously photo shopped it.

My guess is that you aren't going to find much especially if you are looking for a major IFBB bodybuilder types. I just checked out the rentmen ads for Tokyo and there appear to be a couple of nicely build Japanese guys who might work for you.

If I remember correctly Maxz has advertised in Los Angeles. I believe there was a thread about him here that was rather negative.

Lucas it is safe to say that no one on this site should presume to tell you how to operate your business. How you do that is totally up to you and you alone. However, the one thing you should have learned, by now, is that virtually nobody on this site is sympathetic to or understanding of the manner in which you do business. Probably the best advise anybody here could give you is continue doing business as you see fit but don't waste your time posting here.

This thread is absolutely, incredibly amazing. I simply can't believe some of the things I am reading.

One constant, in life, is that things evolve and if people or institutions are unwilling to evolve they become obsolete. This is particularly true of the traditional huge brick and mortar retailors. Retailors like Sears, J.C. Penny’s, Macy’s, etc., etc. have, over the last several decades, been terribly mismanaged by their leadership teams. Sears is a particularly good example, at one time; it had small catalogue stores in towns, of all sizes, all across the United States. People would walk into these small stores, order what they wanted and it would be delivered to them at home. Their distributions system was second to none. It was, a system, ready made for the world of internet retail. Did Sears’ management have the foresight to see what was coming, absolutely NOT; they closed all their small catalogue stores, disbanded their distribution system and went strictly to large brick and mortar store. They are now closing many of these obsolete stores and will likely, in the not too distant future, disappear altogether. There is a wonderful book entitled “Chutes and Ladders: Navigating the Low-Wage Labor Market” by Katherine S Newman in which she discusses the historic importance of retail employment in providing a means for people to climb out of poverty. She bemoans the disappearance of these jobs but also understands and shows how other opportunities are opening up to replace these old, now obsolete, institutions. The one new institution she dwells on is COSTCO. She waxes lyrical on how it assists its employees to obtain high school diplomas, A.A and B.A. degrees and then promotes from within. Although she doesn’t mention Amazon it is also helping to fill in the void with its constantly growing distribution centers all over the country. Simply stated “Times they are a changing” and we had damn well better get on the train before it leaves the station and leaves us behind. At 77 I don’t like many of the changes I’m seeing around me but I really don’t have a choice so I’d rather evolve than sit home, grow even older, and bemoan what I can’t change. Frankly life goes on and, even at 77, I still want to be on the train.

I shop more and more on line. In fact I'm to the point where I have invested in Amazon Prime. I am very fond of cargo pants which have become harder and harder to find at my local retailers. I like the Wrangler brand and I know how they fit thus they are very easy to order on line. I also order all of my sheets and pillow cases from the Company Store on line. I spend upwards of $100 a month on hardbound books which I do NOT order on line because I want to support my local independent bookstore. Bookstores are rapidly becoming a thing of the past and I wouldn't want to lose Vroman's in Pasadena.

An interesting aside to the part of the story about Tommy Lasorda's son and Glenn Burke having a relationship. The Lasordas live in Fullerton and his son when to high school with my youngest nephew. My nephew was an outstanding high school and college baseball player, too slow for the pros. Lasorda Jr. was very open about the fact that he was gay and his father treated him like absolute SHIT because of it. Jr. and my, very straight, nephew became friends and the kid spent a considerable amount of time hanging out at my sisters home. Mr sister was very fond of Tommy Jr. and she frequently invited him to stay around for dinner. I will always remember my sister calling one evening crying. Tommy Jr. had sat with her earlier in the evening and in tears told her how much hers and my brother-in laws acceptance of him meant especially considering how awful his father was. He was an incredibly nice kid.

Since I visit the U.K. with some frequency I am familiar with eight of these dishes. 1. Fish and Chips - I love and since it is popular here in the States I am able to eat it rather often. 2. Black Pudding - My father's family was from Slovenia and "Blood Sausage" was quite common there so I grew up on it and love it. I have some in my freezer right now. 3. Steak and Kidney Pies - One of my favorites. There is an English style Pub quite near my home where I can order it as I frequently do. 4. Yorkshire Pudding - Probably my least favorite as I don't find it very interesting. 5. Shepherd's Pie - Another of my favorites. Easy to make and I frequently prepare it during the cooler months for guests. 6. Bread and Butter Pudding - Nothing new here as it is staple comfort food in many places in the U.S. 7. Full English Breakfast - When visiting the U.K. I usually stay in Bed & Breakfasts. The Full English Breakfast is a great way to start the day and additionally make lunch unnecessary. 8. Bubble and Squeak - An acquired taste and I love it.

You mentioned an interest in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Brazil. Here are my reactions to all four: Colombia - has a rather fragile government and a major immigration/refugee problem because of its neighbor Venezuela. Escort scene -- does one really exist? Peru - is a possibility but direct flights to the rest of the world aren't all that easy. There is also a crime problem especially in Lima. Escort scene -- does one really exist? Ecuador - Is really isolated as far as international flights are concerned It is currently experiencing some severe economic problems. Escort scene -- does one really exist? I have spent time in all of these countries but I really don't think I would want to live full time in any of them. However, Cartagena, Columbia is a lovely old colonial city but has a horrible Caribbean climate. Brazil - Used to have a lot going for it BUT not now. The economic and political situations are horrible in the entire country. The state governments are so destitute for lack of money that they haven't been able to fund sufficiently their police departments. In all major Brazilian cities, especially Rio de Janiero, crime is rampant. Crime in Mexico isn't a lot different than it is in any large U.S. city. There are neighborhoods in Los Angeles, Morelia, New York, Guadalajara, St. Louis and Puerto Vallarta where I definitely would go at 2:00 a.m. The one city in Mexico you couldn't pay me to live in is Mexico City. It is just too fucking big and polluted yet it is a great hub for foreign travel.

I contacted him about getting together but he also quoted me a rate of $350 an hour. Even if he were highly reviewed here, which he isn't, I would be unwilling to pay that rate. I thanked him and signed off. He was very nice and prompt in his communication.

Why are so many Young Men so shy about Nudity?

One of the things I love about this site is that some of the silly topics that come up elicit such wonderful memories. When I first started teaching, in September of 1966, I lived with my sister, my brother-in-law and their two small boys for a month so I could save money and use my first pay check to rent a place of my own. My sister was a stay at home mom. One afternoon her neighbor came charging over absolutely furious. She had just visited her gynecologist who had suggested that it was sometimes difficult for a woman to find lumps in her own breasts and thus it was a good idea to have her husband check them periodically. She indignantly informed her doctor that her husband had never seen her naked nor would he. They had two children. They were from a small town in Oklahoma and were very fundamental Christians. Needless to say my sister was flabbergasted. After dinner my sister, my brother-in-law and I sat around drinking wine coming up with ideas about just how she had become pregnant. The more we drank the more outrageous our ideas became. Finally, laughing hysterically, we decided that they had to have an opaque plastic sheet with a strategically placed hole hidden away in a closet. We laughed about that wonderful evening for years and even though my brother-in-law is now gone my sister and I still laugh remembering the incident -

My teen years were in the 1950’s. Even though I was a skinny twit I thought nothing of showering in P.E. gang showers or swimming nude at the YMCA. I started bodybuilding midway through my teaching career at about the same time I started teaching photography. I used to drive up to Pacific Grove, CA and take weekend workshops through U.C. Santa Cruz. On one occasion I was working with a group of four doing nude photography. While the other pair photographed the model my partner (a woman) asked me if she could take some shots of me and I said OK – I was wearing sweats and a t-shirt. She asked me to remove my shirt which was fine but when she asked me to lower the waist of my sweats I said NO. I floored her when I added that although I wouldn’t lower my sweats I’d take them off. The most difficult thing about the entire experience was lowering the sweats from my waist to my knees; from that point on the entire experience was a complete bore. I really don’t get the whole nude stigma thing in the U.S. I have slept nude my entire adult life. When I told my mother that at some point she was horrified. She asked what I would do in case of a fire and when I responded that I would run outside she was much taken aback. I then added that if I had anything that anybody outside hadn’t seen it was high time they did. She wasn’t thrilled with that answer. It has always fascinated me that in American films women’s breasts and men's asses are acceptable but nothing more. In Europe full nudity is totally acceptable. We allow egregious violence to be show in all its gory detail but certain form of extreme violence is not allowed in Europe. I’m with the Europeans on this one. -

When I first started teaching high school in 1966 the guys in P.E. thought nothing about showering together in gang showers. By the time I retired in 2002 the kids weren't about to shower together then simply loaded up on deodorant and went to their next class. -
I absolutely HATE writing checks thus I do most of my bill pay banking on line. Because I want the control of deciding when to pay a bill I do not do automatic payment. Each month I go on line and pay my bills. I don't even own an old fashioned small check book; mine is a large business type check book which I keep in a desk drawer. I do end up writing ONE check about every three or four months. I have a Medicare Part D IRMAA monthly charge of $13.00 which amounts to $156.00 a year. It would make sense to pay the charge on a yearly basis but Medicare doesn't permit that -- it MUST be paid monthly. They would prefer that I sign up for automatic payment. I simply refuse to do so thus I allow the account to become three or four months delinquent and then pay with a check. I know it would be easier to comply with there wishes but it makes me happy to do it the way I do.

Escortrod nailed it. One other thing I might include would be casseroles/hot dishes. Another term that might be used interchangeable with American fare would be "comfort food".

Yes they could have done so, HOWEVER, the Soviet Union did not yet have the atomic bomb and Stalin was fully aware that the U.S. did and that Truman would likely have used it if Soviet Armies had attempted to march into Western Europe. He simply wasn't willing to push Truman that hard and he already had all of Eastern Europe to digest.

For many years there have been only two set gathering during the Palm Springs Weekend. The first is Saturday, an early evening, get acquainted no host dinner at a local restaurant, usually Trio. The second is Sunday afternoon, a hosted Pool Party at Oliver's resident. At this event all food and drinks are provided by Oliver and his assistants. Over the years there has developed a casual Sunday evening no host dinner for those who have wanted to get together one more time. I believe in 2019 Oliver is going to include the Sunday evening no host dinner, at a small local Mexican Restaurant, in the weekend agenda. That will then make for three events. Please keep in mind that participants attend the events that interest them. No one is "required" to do anything they don't want to. Hope this answers some qustions
