I don't see that there's anything inappropriate. He provides multiple services....and you're taking advantage of that. So long as it's clear which services you're expecting at any given appointment, there's nothing wrong with asking him.
 
He may or may not want to have that kind of "dual relationship" on the long-term.....but it might be worthwhile in the short-term, at least.

Just arranged a training session (at PT rates) with a regular provider, and loved the experience: he knows his stuff, and challenged me in ways my usual workout partner doesn’t. (No, not like that. Well, yes, like that, but not in the gym), I didn’t have any problem focusing our relationship in a different way professionally, and I’d like to repeat, but don’t want it to get weird for the provider.

Many here in the forum have met Colton at some point in the last dozen years or so. He's a good guy, very big, well hung (if that's important), and eager to show off. Several tattoos. His stated age is off, though, unfortunately.
