Our boy is now officially an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder! It was only last December that Vin competed in his first-ever bodybuilding competition, and he placed first in his class, and in the overall. Then, in June, he did it again. Then, in mid-July, he won his class and the overall title AGAIN, and got his pro card. Next stop: the Masters Olympia in 2027!

Yes! Really the only unfortunate thing about Apollo’s physique is how perfectly proportioned it is, to the point of being wildly misleading. If you saw a photo of him without any sense of scale you might say to yourself, “Huh, hot guy, ripped, nice muscles …” and you would be right to leave it there — if Apollo were 5’9”. It’s those solid qualities of integrity and reliability that ice the cake for me. Apollo Phoenix is one of only two massive, yet lifetime natural, bodybuilders I know — the other being my trainer. Who, coincidentally, is also hung like a horse. (Do you sense a pattern here??? 🤣🤣🤣) Both are to some extent genetic anomalies, but they have a similar training regimen and intensity level that just has to be seen in order to be believed.
