    New one: a potential provider (who I saw and liked) asked another provider that I had reviewed (and see now and then) on RM what he thought about me (basically if I was legit or not). The latter provider maintained discretion and ignored the request. And then told me. 👏👏👏👏👏. Very resourceful.

    One more thought: there are lots of providers who have only gone up a little (like $50) or not at all. So those asking for double the going rate or more, better have a market differentiator; and better be very compelling.

    Let the market decide. Market is king. If enough people say “hell no” then fee will naturally fall…. Cause providers have expenses too.

    I’m lucky. I have two guys that I love seeing on repeat. Amazing guys. Amazing times. Especially with rates where they are now, I have very little tolerance to experiment and then be disappointed. I have become more risk averse.
