Hotties on HGTV/Home & Garden TV
samhexum replied to Poolboy21409's topic in TV and Streaming services
I read somewhere once that Gidding's father was a Turkish basketball player. McGillivray is attractive, but he almost seems too aware of it, especially his hair. Plitt, of course, died under idiotic circumstances. Currently, Andy Williams of FLIP OR FLOP FORT WORTH is hot. (he's the one with the shorter hair) http://78.media.tumblr.com/19922ca67b24a3487f7cd689711b3ae2/tumblr_oxji7a388j1smk873o3_1280.jpg Okay, I'll mention him... A former HGTV staffer claims that giving into host Carter Oosterhouse’s demands for oral sex ruined her career. Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter, Kailey Kaminsky, who worked as a makeup artist on Oosterhouse’s show “Carter Can” in 2008, accused him of coercing her into performing oral sex while they were in production. “He’s like, ‘You know what would be a good idea? If you went down on me,’” she said. “I said, in my sarcastic way, ‘Well, that’s not sexual harassment at all.'” Still, the conversation progressed from Oosterhouse badgering her to allegedly threatening her career if she did did not comply, Kaminsky said. She says she had 10 to 15 encounters with Oosterhouse, some taking place in a vehicle and others inside his dressing room in between shoots. “When he would assault me, he insisted on finishing on my face — every time — knowing that I had to go back out and work,” she claimed to THR. Kaminsky said she was 32 at the time and Oosterhouse was 34 years old. Oosterhouse called his time with Kaminsky an “intimate relationship,” and insists that all of their hookups were mutual. “I had an intimate relationship with Kailey 9 years ago and it was 100% mutual and consensual,” he said in a statement to THR. “In no way did I ever feel, nor was it ever indicated to me, that Kailey was uncomfortable during our intimate relationship…The reality is that I knew it was consensual because she initiated it the first time and many of the 15 or so times we had relations thereafter.” Kaminsky said she confided in two female colleagues at the time. One woman told THR the relationship between the two was framed to her as consensual. “It didn’t raise any flags, so I don’t think we suggested an intervention,” the producer said. “It didn’t seem like it was abusive.” Kaminsky — who identifies as a lesbian — claims that the occasions, which she says her parents refer to as “Kailey’s nightmare,” gave her severe anxiety, which led her to be hospitalized with a stomach ulcer and later without a career. “I was basically nonfunctioning, unable to hold a job,” she says. “I had no self-esteem. I just spiraled further and further down.” Seeing his face on magazine covers announcing the his 2011 marriage to actress Amy Smart years later prompted dark memories of her time with him to flash back. Today, she says that the stories of other women coming forward with their own accounts of sexual harassment and assault have given her PTSD. “I’m not looking to be litigious or for money,” she said. “I just want to set the record straight about what happened to me.” -

Well, I wouldn't say I'm hemoPHOBIC, but I don't like looking at it. Hemophobia: An abnormal and persistent fear of blood. Sufferers of this very common phobia dread the sight of their own blood, the sight of the blood of another person or an animal, and sometimes printed or filmed images of blood or even thoughts of blood.

An Indiana fertility doctor who used his own sperm on dozens of patients without their consent won't face jail time as part of a plea deal. Dr. Donald Cline, 77, is accused of fathering at least eight children with different women who came to his office in the 1970s and '80s for fertility treatment. It's believed that he could have more than 20 children, Fox 59 reports. Cline, who is now retired, appeared in court on Thursday to plead guilty to lying to investigators. He wasn't charged with impregnating the women with his sperm because there is no state law against it. Suspicion into the former practitioner began in 2015 when one of the children found eight DNA matches after taking a test through the genetics company, 23AndMe, which referred the person to Cline's Indianapolis clinic. Because "live" sperm was being used at that time - instead of frozen samples - questions were raised about who would have been around each time to father that many kids. When the disgraced doctor was first approached by investigators, he denied using his own samples. DNA evidence, however, proved otherwise and Cline admitted to using his sperm whenever the donor was unavailable. Prosecutors said he used his sample up to 50 times. Cline pleaded guilty to two counts of obstruction of justice and was sentenced to 365 days in jail, all of which was suspended, meaning he won't serve time behind bars. Cline not only avoided jail time, but won't be on probation either.

Twice in one day, a white and copper-colored bovine named Stormy abandoned her post beside a not-yet-born baby Jesus' crib at the Old First Reformed United Church of Christ and wandered around the streets of Philadelphia. Her first escape happened at around 2:15 a.m. on Thursday, when she was retrieved by police after being found traveling southbound on I-95 (by car or bus?) and returned to the church, 6ABC reported. In a second attempt at freedom hours later, Stormy was found strolling along the top level of a parking garage in Old City, a popular Philly neighborhood that houses the Liberty Bell. (perhaps she was considering jumping-- suicidal over her forced participation in a religious display) Philadelphia Police ✔@PhillyPolice If you're in the area of 4th and Market, beware of traffic delays. A cow is loose. Again. No, we can't believe we're tweeting this either. Police tweeted a notice that cow-related traffic delays were imminent in the area. A swarm of hilarious memes in honor of Stormy's nighttime adventures then took hold of Twitter. Philadelphia Police ✔@PhillyPolice You know, you start your day saying "well, being a cop is a tough job, but at least I won't have to catch a cow today." But, it wouldn't you know it? You're wrangling a bovine. Then you say, "Well, at least I'll never have to do that again...." [/url] STORMY THE ESCAPED NATIVITY COW@stormy_the_cow I was rudely treated by the police, but still better than others in this city (that's hilarious!) stormy lynn@stormylynnlehto Replying to @PhillyPolice @ChaoticBeauty26 The cow uprising is upon us. Resistance is futile. STORMY THE ESCAPED NATIVITY COW@stormy_the_cow I may be 4 1/2 years old, but I know freedom. I’ve seen Braveheart. I wish there were more cows in that film too close to kel@thisgirlkel Stormy The Cow, freedom is yours, honey. Milk it for all that it's worth!

So when a new story breaks about the murderer that this thread pertains to being convicted arises, nobody is supposed to be interested in how the story turned out because it happened to be after more time than your perception of how "old" a thread is allowed to be for somebody to update it? How nice of you to decide for everybody else here whether or not they should be interested in finding out the resolution to the story. I hope for your sake nothing ever comes of the Trump campaign-Russia collusion allegations, because people might be pulling up threads from those prehistoric days of autumn 2016. What an absolute horror that would be!

This thread is just under 2 years old. What the statute of limitations? Are we allowed to access a time prior to when Jared Kushner's romantic rival was elected POTUS?

There's a simple reason why a woman in the United Kingdom streams "Bee Movie" nearly every day: Her infant son thinks it's the bee's knees. Gemma Chalmers identified herself as the Netflix subscriber who streamed the 2007 animated movie starring Jerry Seinfeld 357 times in the past year, explaining it's the only movie that keeps her 10-month-old son Jaxson from crying. "He watches the film from the moment he wakes up until he goes to sleep at night," Chalmers told The Sun in a new interview. Chalmers, 29, adds that she's tried other movies with the young boy, but he keeps coming back to "Bee Movie." "He watches the film from the moment he wakes up until he goes to sleep at night," Chalmers told The Sun in a new interview. "I calculated it - and it might even be more than 357 times," she told the British newspaper. Netflix revealed earlier this week that someone had streamed the movie that whopping number of times between Nov. 1, 2016 and Nov. 2017, according to Business Insider. The streaming service did not give the name of the user, but Chalmers says she received a series of messages from friends who were certain it was her. "Bee Movie" centers on an anthropomorphic bee named Barry voiced by Seinfeld who attempts to find a career beyond the honey business after graduating from college. The largely forgettable film earned mixed reviews upon its theatrical release a decade ago. The "Bee Movie" data released this week was part of Netflix's year in review. The service also revealed earlier this week that 53 users had watched its original movie "The Christmas Prince" at least 18 days in a row.

Mark Wahlberg’s movies might not all bring in the big bucks, but he sure does. For that reason, Forbes has named the 46-year-old the most overpaid actor of 2017. Wahlberg was reportedly paid a whopping $68 million this year, before taxes. His estimated salary for the year was over $10 million more than the worldwide gross of his Boston Marathon bombing film, “Patriots Day.” According to Forbes, three of Wahlberg’s pre-June 1 wide release films brought in $4.40 for every $1 he was paid to appear in them. Among the films considered in this figure was “Deepwater Horizon,” which raked in $121.8 million – just over $10 million more than the estimated $110 million it reportedly cost to make. The publication noted that neither “Transformers: The Last Night” nor “Daddy’s Home 2,” both of which brought in more than $100 million, factored into the scoring because of their release dates. Christian Bale was named the second most overpaid actor by Forbes for starring in “The Promise,” the worst-performing wide release of 2017. The film reportedly earned back just 11% of its $90 million production budget. Not far behind him was Channing Tatum, whom Forbes reported brought in a tragic $7.60 for every $1 he was paid. The site credits the poor performance of “Logan Lucky,” which grossed $46.7 million and cost $29 million to make, with his inclusion in the list. Wahlberg needn’t wallow in his new, less-than-complimentary title. In August Forbes named the Dorchester, Mass., native the highest paid actor of the year, edging out the previous year’s winner Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson by a mere $3 million.

Brown left this Canadian family in the red. The United Parcel Service lost a Canadian man’s $846,000 inheritance, and bank TD Canada Trust is refusing to refund the missing money 10 months later, according to a CBC report. UPS has only offered $32 and an apology letter — and TD hasn’t paid out a dime for the supposedly bank-guaranteed lost dough — leading to “many a night of lost sleep, and gnashing of teeth and anger. Frustration, unbelievable frustration,” for Lorette Taylor and her brother Louis Paul Herbert, according to Taylor. After their father died, Herbert he went to his local UPS store near Cornwall, Ontario, where he was expecting a package from sister Taylor containing his share of their inheritance in the form of a bank draft, but it never came. “I’m waiting at the UPS store, around 3 p.m. because that’s when they said the guys came in, nothing shows up” Herbert told CBC News. “I came back in the evening. Nothing shows up… and I’m wondering ‘What’s happened to my inheritance?'” Taylor sent the money through UPS from her lawyer in Georgetown, Ont., about 270 miles away, so Herbert wouldn’t have to drive to pick up the hefty sum. “I should have just driven,” Hebert said. “It’s something I kick myself in the rear over every day.” Taylor obtained the bank draft — which is like a certified check, but the money is taken from a customer’s account immediately and held by the bank until the draft is cashed — in February, after TD told her it was the safest way to send the large sum. “They said a bank draft was more appropriate,” for that amount of money, Taylor said. “Never in my wildest imagination did I think something like this would happen.” The bank assured the Taylor and her husband the money could be replaced if the draft was lost. The company, whose slogan once asked “What can brown do for you?” was able to track the dough to a parcel distribution center north of Toronto, but said the trail goes cold after that. “While UPS’ service is excellent in our industry, we are unfortunately not perfect. Occasionally, the loss of a package does occur,” spokeswoman Nirali Raval told CBC, declining to answer specific questions. “Our records indicate that our team followed UPS protocol and an exhaustive search for this package was completed by our Operations and Security teams. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate the package,” she continued. The company refunded the $32 it cost Taylor to mail the lost parcel and sent an apology letter. “That’s nice of them to say, but it doesn’t solve my problems,” Herbert said. And TD is refusing to refund the money unless Taylor signs an agreement to pay back the bank if someone cashes the lost draft, which does not expire like regular checks. “It also said that if something happened to me, for example, my children and my heirs and my spouse and my executor would have to pay this debt,” she said. “Well, I didn’t really want to sign this.” She signed anyways, but the bank “never paid anyone a dime,” according to Taylor — instead it demanded she let TD put a lien against her house in case the errant check was cashed, but she refused. “If the bank really wants indemnity, then UPS should sign it,” she said. TD did not answer CBC’s questions but sent a general statement explaining that “before we can agree to a replacement or reimbursement, we need appropriate security to be in place.” Herbert, 61, said he’s maxed-out his credit cards and needs the money to survive. “TD has the money. The money is actually sitting in an account with TD. Nothing has been stolen. It’s there. That’s my inheritance,” he said, adding that if he had the cash, “I would have been retired.”
