I had one for a while at my gym till I felt comfortable enough doing stuff on my own. If you lack motivation a trainer might help. Now a days I use the app JeFit. It has tons of different excercises to do using the different equipment found at the gym. It's great cause you can keep track of the weight and reps you do. Hugs, Greg

Seriously though, your probably paying 200$ + per hour. That's a chunk of cash for an hour or two. I never expect or ask for a tip. I'm just about over this tipping culture.
