1. I think your doing the right thing asking others what the words mean before play. I do the same thing. Last thing I want to happen is get myself into a potentially harmful situation because there was a lack of communication. Hugs, Greg
2. No shows, no buffets, some places charging an extra fee for this mess I'm right there with you. Total joy kill. I'll save my money and go elsewhere. We arent big gamblers and go mostly to see a show or two. At this point no point in going. Hugs, Greg
3. My birthday is hidden on FB. But even if it wasn't I wouldn't mind public wishes. I'm rarely on FB any more. It no longer serves a positive function. The only reason why I havent totally cut the cord is because a few games I play are unfortunately connected to the site. Hugs, Greg
4. I never figured the op to be a bragger. I think his concern is valid. Hugs, Greg
5. We closed on our condo in Nov and we just refi the other day. We went from 3.50ish% down to just over 2%. Hugs, Greg
6. If there is enough of a difference in the bad way by all means walk. I would consider that false advert. And it sucks for the client getting your hopes up and wasting your time. Your time and money are worth something. Hugs, Greg
7. I prefer to pay my cards off at the end of the month. I really don't like the idea of carrying a balance into the next billing cycle. Hugs, Greg
8. I've always been told that although paying off your credit cards is the responsibil thing to do it does hurt ones score a little bit. I've been rebuilding mine the last few years and trying to make sense of the scores is maddening. Im at a point I'm going to pay off my cards and pay mortgage monthly and not worry about the numbers. Besides the occasional piece of equipment for my business I dont have plans to make a big purchase for a while. Hugs, Greg

10. I kind of pay attention to it. I have bought some in the past. Hugs, Greg

12. I think a week or two notice is more than enough time to plan a visit with someone. Doing so a month out too much can happen, the business trip could be canceled, freak weather, illness etc. Hugs, Greg

14. People can say whatever they want about me. Cause unless they know me in real life their opinion doesn't matter to me. If anything I probably would had gotten a good laugh. Cause if you can't laugh at yourself you can't really laugh at others. Also I wont apologize for not toeing the liberal line ?‍♂️ I'm finding liberals more bullies than anyone else lately. Carry on.
15. Why are you making this about race? ? Oh All Lives Matter.
16. Thats odd. What would make the site wonky like that? Hugs, Greg
17. You have two choices. You can alert the mods or put me on ignore. Either way no skin off my nose. Bless your little heart. Hope your day is going well.
18. There's nothing hot about a soy boy.
19. Nothing. Thank you for asking. Hugs, Greg
20. Maybe try being less sensitive? Unless you're one of the reporters. Hugs, Greg
21. Those are boring corp shill reporters, boring, lame and basic. I'll take my hunk and a real journalist Ben Swan Hugs, Greg

MyFico

I came across MyFico from a YouTube video this afternoon. It seems kind of complicated from what I saw from the video. Can any bankers or financial people vouche for it's usefulness? Is it better than Credit Karma or Experian? MyFico charges almost $30 a month for monitoring. Hugs, Greg
