I am SO grateful for this site!
Now in Tampa and lists $170 an hour while carefully hiding the types of massage he offers.
I've always thought that the dreaded "now you can finish yourself" that many Russian masseurs will tell you in the end is one of the most demeaning things you could be in for when getting this service, but suggesting that the client can JO for an additional $60 leaves it in the dust. If he is THAT disgusted by it, why not simply turn around? Or not mention it at all.
He should offer strictly therapeutic, but then he couldn't charge more than $120. A classical case of "hate the job, love the money." No wonder he has to move so often.

With his name and the $170 rate and the look of the photos, my biggest fear is that he is another one of the Russo-Ukro-East Euro guys who overpromise and underdeliver.  Still, he is a hot one, even though he has on a cap in every photo.

That Rob is very much hit-or-miss in terms of availability. I hired him twice last year and was really very pleased, but haven't done so again in several months so maybe his availability has changed?
Thumbs down on this Rob -- a good first experience but a decidedly NOT good second one. Chatted with another guy here about him and he had a similar experience:

Serious advice, is this massage in a professional massage service setting? If it’s a licensed masseur working at a spa you should let him take the initiative. Perhaps open up your legs a little, get hard, see what happens. If he’s working as a licensed massage therapist then he risks his job by progressing beyond therapeutic massage so I would advise to let him make any move.
However if his advertising implies more than therapeutic massage (is he wearing a top? Is he in tight shorts? Is there a bottle of lube visible on the shelf, does he refer to release of tension, does he use minimal draping etc) then you could let your hand press against his crotch as he stands beside you and see if he’s hard. Take it from there…

That much is obvious.  Helpful hints:  punctuation and capitalization are your friends.   Using them will make you appear less naive and therefore less likely to be taken advantage of in the future.
 Similarly, avoid hiring a man who does not use punctuation or capitalization in his communication with you.  It shows he is either inexperienced at best or a flake at worst.

Solidly in the bottom 10% of masseurs I've hired over many years.
The good: a nice set up in a well-kept apartment on Capitol Hill, and he seems like a nice man. Easy to talk to. The pictures are accurate but they didn't really convey his bear-ness. Nothing wrong with that, just a little bit of a surprise when I got there. 
The bad: most importantly, the massage was pretty lousy overall. I asked for deep and got WAY less than that so the therapeutic aspect left much to be desired and his overall technique was uninspired at best. The sensual/erotic aspect was pretty perfunctory -- HE that wasn't connected to much of anything else he did. He used SO MUCH LOTION that I had to wipe myself down with a towel before getting dressed. He offered a shower but I decided it would be better to do that at home. Yuck.
For me it was a waste of time and money. The reviews on RentMasseur say others thought he was pretty good -- although one said he wouldn't go back?  Maybe he was just having a bad night and wasn't into it -- or me?
