I prefer to juice it. It’s texture is just nasty just like most veggies. If I have to eat it then I usually shred it to smaller pieces.

Maybe 6 hours at best for me. Depends on how much water I’ve drank. I’ve been stuck in an all-day corporate orientations before and have managed to not feel the urge until after the lunch break or something.

Each experience is different. I for one have been fortunate to get a lot of extras while some I know indicate their experience with the same masseur was far less interactive. And I’ve been in situations where I hired some friends suggested were interactive but got far less interaction during my session. I guess it depends on many levels that I will never know.
