That's what annoys me the most. I was on my way to the US Open in New York 2 years ago and ran into a couple from Chicago. I asked what neighborhood they're from and they said Glenview. Corrected them and asked to stop saying they're Chicago. It's not even spelled the same way. I actually live in the city and get offended by suburbanites claiming to live in the city.

I've lived in Chicago for 30 years and I love it. It is home to me and it will still be for the next decade or so. It's really hard to compare Chicago and New York. I travel to New York every year and I love the city dearly, but it's not home. Not for me. Like New York and it's many neighborhoods, Chicago is the same. It just depends on the type of neighborhood you want to live in. I enjoyed living in boystown in my early to mid 20s. Was fun at first but a bit too busy for me. Then in Lincoln Park for a few years. Very nice neighborhood. I currently live on the NW side of the city because of work. But now I'm looking to move again most likely in the Andersonville/Edgewater area where most of my friends live. I really like the neighborhood. Give it time whichever neighborhood you live in. Explore and get to know the people. The neighborhood will only be a good a you allow it. I have so many friends who live here that moved from New York. Most love living here but there is that one or two that continue to compare it to New York. I always wondered why they bothered moving here. If New York was so great then why not stay there? I just think they love to tell people that they're from New York. As if it's some kind of a status thing. I just roll my eyes and walk away. They come across as trying too hard.

Chiming in late to this thread. It's always so easy to blame the millennials, and part of the spread of this pandemic is due to their carelessness. But i blame their parents. The generation that didn't want to spank their kids. This is the result.

It looked promising and a friend of mine suggested it because we lived GOT. It fell short for me. I watched all 8 episodes and probably fell asleep a few times. Locke and Key is better.

At this point if you come from a country that is also suffering from an outbreak then you'll most likely be checked upon entry. Maybe even quarantined. At this point it doesn't matter If you're coming from China or not. It's worse in Europe now as well. Good luck.

For sure, but some think of it as the government being too nosy. It's the same thing when people get asked for an anonymous review of the policies and management at their companies. People lure for fear of being fired or let go if they spoke up.

Hard to say. I'm sure she could count. I'd like too.i think so at least. It's more of a legality issue I think.

Speaking of census, I had a former coworker claim she only put herself down on the form as the lone resident at her address. As far as I know, she lived with her mom, dad, and sister. And that same sister got pregnant and continued to live with them along with her husband and newborn. Smh

I often get contacted by these guests/ members via PM. They do read the threads but not inclined to participate. They're happy that certain issues that concerns them are being discussed. It makes them feel that they're not alone. I asked why not participate but the answer is always the same. They just want to observe.

Who picks their music? Seriously, it's a head-scratcher for me. Ultimately it boils down too.i the judges still si wouldn't they pick something that would appeal to everyone? A famous piece known world-wide? Nathan's not so bad with the Elton John selection but still borders into that acquired taste category. Oh, and Nathan needs to use a lip balm or something. Watched his recent performance on YouTube and his lips were so chapped when they showed his face up close. One of my biggest pet peeves is kissing lips that feel like the bark of a tree.

I love Nadal. But for physical attraction it would be the newbie Matteo Berrittini

Agreed, if these are infections then you'd know soon enough. But consulting Dr Google and heaven forbid Wikipedia might lead you to the wrong conclusions. I say check south your primary care physician instead. I grew up in ther same region and while I don't have that discoloration you mentioned I knew a few. And it is nothing more than issues with skin pigmentation. Get yourself checked nonetheless to make sure it isn't anything serious.

There is a huge impact to reschedule a grand slam. There are smaller events happening every week. To push a 2-week event will have a drastic impact on those smaller ones. The grand slams have tremendous $$ so they can absorb to reschedule. I don't think they can afford to reschedule these smaller events.

There's actually an average to being nice and honest. Just this morning one director told me that it was hard to get mad at me while delivering a bad news because I'm always sho sincere. That I was too nice in delivering the news even though it was something he didn't want to hear.

Hi guys, just curious if anyone has traveled to Istanbul and what are your thoughts. Where to stay particularly ther neighborhood? What sights to see? How long to stay? (I'm thinking 5 days) When is the best time of the year to go? I hate oppressive heat. Any other suggestions? Is it safe to go alone? I'm typically a lone traveler. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks

I agree. Dating apps are really nothing more than hookup apps. Ther only expectation you should have is sex. They'll tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door. Once sex happens they're gone. I meet more guys who genuinely want to get to know each other at the bars more than the apps.

Shit happens and in your case, literally. Speaking as a bottom, it takes time to get ready for you tops. You need to give your bottom some time to prep. If you book last minute appointments then you'd better be ready for such accidents. However, it is also up to your bottom to declare whether he's good to go or not. There are days when I have to pass. As good as his dick might feel inside there are times when I have to admit that it's not gonna happen that night. There are other stuff you both can do. Those I've had to turn down have been surprisingly more understanding. Sex have been much better since then because they know they don't have to worry about accidents.

I think to some ther term "sex" itself is somewhat more intimate. That's why some "straight" guys don't want to call it that when doing it with another man. "Fucking" on ther other hand is more acceptable. Don't know why but that's what I've observed over the years.

Would you consider a pig slut a support animal? Lol

Went to my appointment without any info on the guy and it turned out to be one of my best THERAPEUTIC massages ever. I'll leave it at that.
