  1. I see he's back in my area. Anyone been with him lately?
  2. It's cheap protection. It's billed monthly with my auto insurance and is only around $18 a month for a million dollar policy. With state farm though, they did require me to raise my limits on my auto insurance from $150K to $250K for liability. My sister was killed in a car crash last year and between what her passenger and my parents are suing for, $250K wouldn't come close to covering the expenses.
  3. Suze Orman talked about it recently on her podcast and it could make sense in their case for homeowners in some expensive areas like Florida. She said their condo insurance for their florida condo would have been over $20K a year and they decided to self insure. With a condo you only insure the walls in as well, and my condo insurance is only about $400 so not woth it, but am thinking of dropping collission/comp. on my car next year and self insuring. Umbrella coverage, no way in hell would I self insure if I had any assets at all. My sister was killed in a car crash last year and her passenger survived but had to have surgery and was off work for a couple months and is still only able to work part time since the job requires standing and he's suing and my parents have decided to sue for wrongful death (they didn't want to profit off her death but this is really taking a toll on their health), so that's made me really realize how improtant it is to have that coverage
  4. Suze Orman recomended selling Whirlpool stock on her podcast today if you held it (she recomended buying it for the dividend a few months ago but it tanked Friday due to the tariffs) and recomended dividing the proceeds between VZ and Pfitzer if you wanted good dividend paying stocks. I have also owned Pfitzer for a while and am happy with the dividends.
  5. I own some for the dividends, but not for growth. A real good dividend paying stock I'm happy with is Realty Investment (stock symbol O) Not only am I realizing a terrific dividend the stock price has gone up a lot since I started investment in it. And it pay dividends monthly. Only thing that sucks is it's not taxed at the dividend rate since it's an REIT (good stock to own in a roth). One stock I started to dollar cost average in is Whirlpool. Great dividend and with people rebuildin due to a few disasters that happened recently a lot of poeple will be rebuilding and will be needing new appliances
  6. I prefered Bailey as a spanker. He did a couple hot scenes for them as a coach and gave one hell of a hard hand spanking
  7. Andy both gave and received. There were two other lee's that worked for the same studio that were supposedly his real life brothers that were also hot but not as musuclar. I alwasy thought Bailey who worked for Straight lads spanekd was really hot. I really wanted to hire Andy when I was in London but he never respodned to the messages when he was on rentmen or his site
  8. Wonder what happened to drew andrews, the spanker in this video? I would have loved to have played with him He was a hot guy
  9. Suze orman's book for retirement planning for those 50 and over is must read
  10. Topher dimaggio does spanking as an escort? I'd love to let him whip my ass really hard
  11. Try boicalvin in NYC if you like asian Twunks. He is really into a lot of kinks and has spanked me hard both times I met him and told me he likes to receive it just as hard
  12. I sent him a message when I was in NYC in October since I like Asian guys and like to be a little kinkier when I hire and he said he was into kinky stuff, and never got a response If you are looking for an asian twunk around his age to hire in NYC look up boicalvin. I hired him the last two times I was in NYC and had a lot of fun Totally vers guy and gets into about any scene
  13. I’ve been really happy with Fidelity. No fees to wire into or out of the account. Decent interest rate on the cash balance in your account and easy to dollar cost average with them since you can buy a certain $ of stocks instead of a number of shares. Only thing I don’t like, and this is a really petty thing, but if you buy a $ amount of a stock it does it in two transactions. It will do one transaction for the money you have to buy the whole shares, and then a second purchase for the fractional shares.
  14. I obviously have very expensive taste lol. He did get back with me and his rate is 700 pounds per hour lol. He is a hot guy but out of my range
  15. I ran a search on him and found a couple posts where people had him on their "wish they coule hire" list but no reviews. In London in two weeks and I've always thought he was really hot and the last two times I was in London he was travelling and see he is back in London. Sent him an email asking for his rate and if he could do incalls but he hasn't read the message yet. 16. I bought another 50 shares Friday. Keith Fitz-Patrick thinks it is going to really take off. His advice was great about pLTR
  17. $25 to $10K $10k is the max per year. But there are ways around it, I.e. I have a living trust so I can set up an account for my trust and buy another $10K that way. You can also buy paper bonds with a tax refund but I think they are eliminating that.
  18. I loved “The Goat or who is Sylvania: with Sally Field. The other play I really liked was “It’s only a Play” that had a very talented cast. Stockard Channing, Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane were in it
  19. Make sure there is no HOA as well. A lot of HOAs ban them and will enforce them. I live in a condo and our bylaws were amended to state that any rentals have to be for a year and any rental unit has to submit a $1000 refundable deposit with the association, the tenant has to submit a background and credit check and go for an interview with all the boards members and be approved by th board.
  20. I saw it in August when I was in NYC when it was still in previews and loved it. Next to Patti Lupone, Sutton Foster is my favorite broadway actress. Sutton really stole the show. She is such a talented singer and really funny. I was in NYC this past weekend and wanted to see it for a second time but didn't have time. This is a must see show for any Sutton Foster fan.
  21. I was in NYC this past weekend and was lucky enough to see it Patti is my favorite actress and that's why I bought tickets. Her and Mia were both really good. Was weird seeing Patti in a non-singing role. Was a good play, but I don't see it getting any Tony nominations. Wouldn't have bought tickets if it wasn't for Patti being the star and probably wouldn't last with a no big name cast. I liked that it was a 7 p.m. show instead of 8 and was only a little over an hour and a half with no intermission, so I was able to get out and enjoy a late dinner while most of the restaurants were still open and didn't have the 8 p.m. theater crowd just getting out
  22. She gave up her equity card. IIRC she was pissed over how they didn't back her when she was upset people wouldn't mask up at the theater. not sure if she gave up musicals or not. She still is doing a one woman show (was lucky enough to see her perform in three different cities in the past year) and she made a point of making a joke thanking people "for coming to my show which is not an equity production). Not sure how she is doing this play, unless since it's only a two person show with no orchestra, the don't have to use equity.
  23. That’s why I didn’t buy a Prius prime. My condo is deeded parking but it’s a shared garage with no outlet A charging start ion would be expensive and the garage electric is on the common shared line so don’t think the other owners would appreciate paying for me to charge my car The tax credit would have been really nice though
  24. And I am a huge fan of Roth IRA’s and think everyone should max them out each year if they are eligible. If someone is claiming zero income, they also cant contribute to a ROTH since you have to have earned income.
