SA, I know you mean well, but you are making assumptions that probably don't hold up for many of the guys who work in "spas."  First, that they have a space to host clients in NYC, much less in Manhattan.  Second, running an online ad requires a credit card or bank account to pay the fee.  It's not likely that many of these guys have such a thing.  Finally, as has been discussed here many times, some guys may need to stay "under the radar" for immigration reasons, or worse, are beholden to a "handler" of some kind who holds their passport and calls the shots.
Going freelance would be a big step for someone who perhaps is not fluent in English, or confident in being able to negotiate terms with a client.  The spas have the space and a more-or-less reliable flow of customers.  Yes, the money sucks for them, but it realistically may be the only viable option for many who work in them.

I was never much of a bottom. But when I was younger I attracted a lot of older very masculine men who were tops...so I would be expected to bottom after a "date". The physical act is uninteresting to me but the mental/emotional aspects of a handsome, masculine male using me for his pleasure would overwhelm whatever physical discomforts I had. I also enjoyed several sex parties where I would lay in a sling and let everyone fuck me for hours. In that case the sheer sluttiness of the moment was the alure..(and of course getting fucked in a sling does make taking lots of dick easier.)

March steps off at 23rd & 5th, heading south, turns west on 9th St. to Christopher, then proceeds on Christopher to about Hudson, where it disperses.  Haven't been in several years, but experience has shown your best viewing is in the teens on Fifth, where there is space and the crowds are thinner.  Avoid the Village unless you really like insane mob scenes.

It may not be as clear-cut as that. A consultation for a specific condition is different to one for sexual health advice, although ideally they would be with the same primary care provider. In Canberra, there is a sexual health clinic that offers advice, testing, vaccinations and related prescriptions. It's run by the territory department of health and is free at the point of service delivery. My last appointment they offered advice on mpox and HPV vaccination (the latter would be at a cost to me) and PrEP on demand.
Now, back to the topic of the thread.

This seems like the kind of question you want to ask of a medical professional. Most health insurance plans offer a phone line you can call with this type of question - you dont have to go see a doctor. On internet forums you will find lots of opinions, but they are worth what you paid for them.
