I had a weird experience this week. I met with someone on Sunday afternoon, and left a rating on Rentmen of four out of five stars. The next morning, the guy sent me a flurry of text messages about how I’d left him a negative review and it was going to hurt his income. Worried I’d misclicked, I double-checked, and yep, four stars. He was just being weird about not getting that fifth star.
